“Kevin at Muennich’s is a straight shooter and very honest. We had an emergency situation where a flashing check engine light with a Hyundai Santa Fe sport. Not knowing why it was flashing, Kevin quickly accommodated us on short notice and let us know ow that the car needed to be seen by the dealership due to a critical code. He gave us a lot of advice and is extremely knowledgeable about cars. Highly recommend him and his team!!!!!”

“Bought and had tires installed (10/08/2024) Good options. Dropped car off at 6pm. They were done at 6:45 and sent a txt. I unfortunately didn’t get the txt until 7:15 (my fault) and the service center was closed and no one to help at the auto care center. Found a manager / team lead (Jaden possibly?) and they were able to get us our keys and check us out. Could’ve been a terrible experience, but staff made it 10/10”

“When repairs go sideways is when you can really get a feel for a place. My ac unit went out and so I brought my car in. Not only was the original repair reasonably priced but I had to bring it back in 2 times through no fault of theirs. Each time there was never any hint of frustration or payment, Mike was committed to standing by his repair. I would not hesitate to bring my Honda back.”
