It’s odd to drive in here, I have a feeling this NAPA was here before some road was changed and now you have to basically come in from the rear. Otherwise it’s well kept, and I had an easy time getting what I wanted.

Bought 4 different items for 4 different car 0% successful no parts was correct what they ordered waisted one week timein Mercedes dealer had cheaper parts then they sold for me and there was parts in stock.

Talk about service. These guys really went above and beyond. I had had an oil change and it appears that the cap never got put back on while they didn’t have a cap for my vehicle. They helped me secure it with a rag and help me get the correct oil to ensure my car didn’t have any massive problems until I was able to go back to the oil change place. extremely kind and extremely helpful. Feels like house service used to be before Covid.

I always get my car parts from Napa. They have almost everything for every car or they can get it for you the same day. Their prices almost about a quarter of what the car dealership charges and much better and friendly service. They are the same people who have been working in this location for as long as I remember for more than 20 years.

Super friendly and efficient staff. They located the part I needed very quickly. It's conveniently located next to Home Depot, but they have their own parking lot carved out of the HD parking lot, which is nice.

Bill and Sandy were incredibly helpful both over the phone and in person. I was stranded with an elusive brake failure. They helped me diagnose the problem and had the parts to fix it.
