My first time here and I will definitely be going back! I got dipped nails and my husband got a pedicure. My husband said “Lee” did an amazing job on his feet (they were rough because he’s on them all day) and Kimberly did my nails. I showed her a picture and she did so good. The prices are good too! This will be my go to spot in Mason for nails.

I waited over 30 minutes for a mani/pedi and did not get waited on. They should be honest about how long the wait is going to be. Very frustrating

I was nervous since I moved to this town and I’m deaf. Kim made me feel welcome and knew how to communicate with me and a big plus for having closed caption on your TV. Thank you! (I see all clients know their nail techs and I love it) ❤️

Went to Ann because Lee (regular technician) was out and it’s wasn’t good.
Polish & nails aren’t even and she didn’t want to get the ingrown toenail’s out.
Called owner Kim and she said that Ann needs to fix them, my thoughts are quite obviously if she could do better she would have, so why would you have the same person fix it..!
I will say this is the first time I’ve ever had a problem, but I go to Lee and she’s out for a month. So I know now, if I can’t get her then I need to wait.

The same thing that happened to previous reviewer Courtney, happened to me today. Yesterday I stopped by the shop in person and made an appointment for a mani/pedi for today. I said that I could be there at 1:30 pm or later. Kim asked me to come in a little earlier at 1:15 and I said yes. She said that my pedi would be first. I get there nicely on time at 1:10 and sign in the book. There were only two pedi techs working and it appeared that two customers were being worked on and two were waiting to have their pedis started. I waited for 20 minutes and left! Kim saw me, but she did not speak to me. If they were seriously behind schedule for any reason why couldn't someone just tell me and I could either come back later or reschedule. They never take your phone number at this shop, so they have no way to contact you. I used to love this shop, but they have serious scheduling problems and I'm not going back. Too bad! I wanted to treat myself.

I often rotate between this nail spa and ambience. This time around I had the dio powder and gel as last coat. It is already peeling and it is less than a week. I paid too much to have it last just this short. Jenny was my manicurist and she was nice to help me pick a color, but I do not like the shape, too thick and uneven.
