The event I was there for was fantastic. The food for the event was better than the food at the Marriott hotel here in Cleveland. However, for the suburban area this hotel was located, it didn't give me a high-end experience. Thursday, I checked in with a friend, and we shared a room. Cons: The plugs in the room on the 6th floor where you had to use your room key to access the floor didn't all work. My phone charged to 87%, but the longer it remained plugged in, the charge kept decreasing, my friend's was dead, and her daughter's was dead. The front desk clerk tried to say it was our chargers. She took my friend's phone to charge at the front desk, but when we got it back, it was on 27%. Friday I moved to my own room and some plugs didn't work in my room either. There's no microwaves anywhere in the building on the floors or in the rooms. The ice machine on the 5th floor didn't work the whole time I was there, and the elevators broke down on Sunday check out time. I feel like they owe everyone who paid to stay that weekend some money back. There's a $50 hold per day of your stay. The hotel is located in Ohio. Why don't the rooms get hot enough for cold weather? Warm air was coming out of vents with temperature at 80 degrees, but the maintenance man claimed he fixed it. There are no drawers for undergarments in the rooms either. Rooms cost us $169 per night.Nearby activities: Good variety of shopping and eating places within the area close by.

Location is extremely convenient. Close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel is clean, updated, and even has a lounge with snacks for Marriott members in the evening. Hot breakfast with a great selection. I visit often and am always happy with this hotel.

Marriott Northeast Cincinnati was amazing ?The hotel was a full service location. I had access to the M Lounge and service was amazing too. Always a smile on hotel staff and eager to please. Excellent experience.I always highly recommend Marriott hotels and this location did not disappoint ?Thank you Marriott Northeast Cincinnati ?Rooms: Clean and modern rooms.Safety: All e terior doors are card accees only. All in working order.Food & drinks: Breakfast was perfect with abundant options ?

This place is fantastic!! Great amenities… clean from entrance to exit!! Friendly staff. Highly recommend for events or just a night passing through. Plenty of parking and food all around from the restaurant in house to surrounding area.

This is my go to business hotel where I always have a good experience staying there. The staff is very friendly and takes great pride in providing top notch customer service! They remember frequent guests by name and at the restaurant they know your favorite drinks and food. It’s like staying with friends or family. The hotel is always clean and their banquet food is excellent!!

I stay here every month for work. I’ve found it’s the nicest hotel in the area, walking distance to several restaurants, good gym and pool, clean, quiet rooms, and friendly service. The M lounge has full breakfast and apps at dinner.Rooms: Clean, updated rooms.Walkability: Many food options are walkable, from right next door to a 10-15 minute walk.

Very nice Marriott. Clean and rooms are a nice size. The location is great. My only complaint would be the beds/mattresses used in the double rooms. No support and the entire bed moves when you reposition.

Rooms are not up to Marriot standards. Front desk a little rude. Bar staff great. Yes drinking here makes the stay better.

Close to many office buildings. Rooms are typical design. AC does not get cold. M Lounge only serves a small buffet for breakfast and no alcohol. Staff at reception, bar and M Lounge are very nice.

Really great location, near Kings Island and the Lindner Tennis Center. Rooms are just fine but housekeeping, front desk and bar fall short in the service. The kids working the bar had no supervision or idea how to handle requests and a mandatory 20% gratuity was excessive for the actual service we received. Additionally, the front desk and housekeeping apparently couldn’t communicate when it came time to have the room made up. We came back late in the evening without the room being made up-having asked the housekeeper on the floor to come back that am when we departed the motel and requesting housekeeping service at the front desk on the way out.
