Poor service, rude employee. Just stopped in to grab a tobacco product, after asking the employee for the product and identifying the specific one as they do come in multiple flavors and strengths, the gentleman interrupted me saying I know which one, you don't need to talk to me like it's my first day girl, I been doing this for some years now, and continued to ramble on as though he was trying to start a fight. Nobody, had done or said anything to insult this guy to receive this type of attack from this employee. I have been making frequent stops in this Marathon for 7 years now. I will not spend my money in any establishment that allows their employees to harass and verbally attack customers. 11/4/2023 10:00 ish am.

John was so amazing. I don't care what any of ya'll say. This place is amazing. If i could give more than 5 stars i would. Ya'll else's rude comments just haters! This place is hands down the most respectful gas station ever!

Unpleasant cashiers indicate problems with the ownership and management. I recommend taking your business somewhere else.

Very very dissatisfied with customer service. Lazy, unprofessional and down right inconsiderate. Please fire every one and start over. Look at the reviews people! Pass this place by and just go to Speedway! ?

In a wheelchair van and no one would pick up the phone to assist . Called 5 times. Don't bother here if you're handicapped. No one will help you.

New management has the place running perfect. Sweet, friendly staff who are always willing to just chat if they’re not super busy. Top notch guys. Make me feel like part of the hop shop/marathon family

So I went here and got 2 different types of tobacco products. The gas station MANAGER proceeded to say “I am writing down your information because I think you are buying this for kids. Why else would you get 2 different kinds.”
First off that is a ridiculous, baseless accusation. I was by myself and there were no “kids” hanging around anyways. Not only that, but with my license in his hand, he took it and copied down all my information including my address. Please don’t shop here. The Indian gentleman with the glasses is one of the least pleasant people I’ve ever met. And the store made him a manager.
