I went to pick up an online order. The store was closed at 2pm on a Wednesday (April 24). I called customer service and they were absolutely no help at all. I finally reached some in the store two days later (April 26). Super nice & helpful. One star is generous because the chain's customer service people are idiots. (One told me to call the store after I told her the lights were off and the door locked)
Update: Woman at the store who said she was sending my order to my house called on Saturday, April 27 stating that it went out. Still no package. Today is May 6.

I am so appreciative of Samantha and Heather at the Deerfield TC, Mason-Montgomery, Cincinnati store! I had the best store experience because of them. I never can find the right bra and they not only stuck with me until I did, but they also was very kind and supportive. I didn't feel pressured which was nice also. I will definitely come back to this location just because of these two kind ladies. Thank you and I hope you get recognized by the company! You deserve it!

Hours are not convenient for working class. Drove 30 minutes to arrive at 7:04. Never considered you closed at 7. Considering that retailers are struggling now days, see why. Perhaps if your doors were open people could shop. My day ends at 5. I have 40 minute commute. Feed family quickly and head out the door to shop. And to my surprise no one wants my business. Come home and order off Amazon.

My daughter and I went to Lane Bryant in Mason, OH to do some bra shopping as my daughter hasn't been able to find a good fitting bra. There were two lovely ladies working there named Heather and Tiffany. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to assist my daughter. They made great suggestions and kept searching for the right size and style bra. They provided excellent customer service (which is so rare these days) and just made this a pleasant experience. I can't say enough about how great they were and I hope their boss gives them a well deserved raise. These ladies deserve it. Because of their service, we will definitely be back for some more shopping.

When I stopped into Lane Bryant yesterday, it was the 5th store. I had been shopping for months. I couldn't find the dress I was looking for. When I walked in to your store, the sales lady, Natalie, was very attentive from the beginning. She was very helpful and kind. No one bothers to help you in other stores anymore. But Natalie did, this made a huge impact on me. I ended up walking out with the dress I'm going to get married in!! Thank you Natalie, you are a gem!!
