I had to get my blood drawn, and the reviews on here made me nervous, but don't be fooled! I was in and out within five minutes! the technician was really nice and professional. I guess it's just a luck of the draw

I have been to this location 2 or 3 times and it is always extremely quick in and out. You can check in via your mobile phone and wait in your vehicle if you like, which is both convenient and extremely helpful for people who may be sick, or may not want to sit in a waiting room with people who are potentially sick.

First time at this location. Diane helped me out. The most gentle blood draw I have ever had. She was accommodating and very kind. LabCorp you have a rockstar at the Mason location.

THEY DONT DESERVE THE 1 STAR. How i was treated today was not okay. I told the 2 ladies i felt like i was going to pass out. Not one word was said..just for that they shouldn't have a job.I tried to talk to them . Not one word back..NOTHING... the 2 ladies was so rude and very aggressive. They seem to hate there job.. they have no empathy what so ever for people scared to death. I walked out. Im not going to let some rude person take my blood. I have never been treated like im nothing. I have cried all morning over there rude non caring behavior. This is not over. I will not be treated like this.

Came in for a simple blood draw. The technician nicked the nerve. I immediately told her it really hurt, she just kept going and never said a word.
I called after leaving and still have intense “electric shock” pain, and left a message. No one has bothered to call.
I cannot move my arm with intense shocking pain.
Needles to day, this type of injury doesn’t heal quick, and will likely have to contact a specialist.

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Easy check-in. The staff was very pleasant.

I have been to this facility twice for blood work. Both times I went in the morning without an appointment. Each time I was treated nicely and the person that did the blood draw was very nice and was very gentle--I hate being stuck but each time I hardly felt it. The next morning I received an email telling me that I could log in to see my results. They also forward the results to my doctor. Using Labcorp is cheaper than using my doctor's office lab and I get the results quicker. Although I don't like getting lab work done, I'd rather go here than anywhere else. Hard to beat the caring attitude and nice people here.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at your facility. Despite signing in online and arriving promptly for my appointment, I was called in 20 minutes after the scheduled time. Upon arrival, the receptionist demanded paperwork, and when I explained that I had organized the test myself and would be paying via insurance or out of pocket, she abruptly refused to proceed without the paperwork. Her demeanor was rude and aggressive, which left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. I have used your services in the past, but after this encounter, I am hesitant to do so again. I hope that by bringing this to your attention, you can take steps to ensure that others do not encounter similar treatment in the future.

Just couldn’t give zero stars so 1 will have to do! Extremely rude, unprofessional and discriminatory service . My son in law went in for a pre employment drug screen. He gave the sample and the nasty employee returned and sneered to him that his sample wasn’t the proper temperature. Then proceeded to tell him he had to sit there and wait to give another sample “even if it took 3 hours” and if he walked out he failed. He was filthy , having come straight from work and I’m sure that’s where the judgement came from . He’s a former marine and has had many many drug screens. The temp could not have been off. It was a ploy to get a fresh specimen. Which he gave , and was clean!! Nasty hateful employees here as per previous reviews

My technician was amazing and so patient! I came in with a lot of anxiety and she was so patient and explained everything nicely to me. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Awful costumer service. The nurse yelled at me because my lab order was from an out of the country doctor and didn’t have a fax number.

This place is a mess. I needed these lab results for school so obviously my name needed to be typed correctly but they put my first name in the last name box and put my last name as my first name and didn't even spell it right. Also, the lady who took my blood was getting frustrated because my blood stopped flowing and she struggles to fill up all the tubes as if I can control my blood flow lol. She also left the door to the room open so people were just walking past and looking into my room. Very frustrating process and do not recommend this location at all.

My process was extremely unprofessional. Today I was tested I sat for about 30 minutes as other people who were not black women were tested oddly enough none of them were asked if they had a child with them however when I went back I was immediately grilled about if I had a kid with me instead of hi welcome. Her justification was “someone” else did this earlier in the day. Racist practices like these are rude and ridiculous. It could have been such a simple process. Even when she learned of her mistake the worker did not apologize for making a very racist generalization.
