Kroger Pharmacy in Mason oh on 741 ,
Been with them for 20 plus years,But the last year or so,some of the staff are very rude not very helpful,Hardly get updates when medication is fills,
There enrollment for automatic refill is a joke
They do have some very good staff members that are great,
But we move all our prescription to Yost,

I had a consistently frustrating experience at this pharmacy. The staff struggled to locate medicines in their system, prescriptions were never ready on time, and the shelves often lacked the necessary stock. Overall, a disappointing and unreliable pharmacy.

i went to this store on 1 seot.2023 at 1 pm. i was not able to secure a motorizes shopping cart. i was stopped from getting one by a man with a beard. i pushed a manual cart but only bought a small amount of the usual. i will not be back and will take grocery shopping at other stores. the check out clerks were very helpful.

This pharmacy is a joke. They never have any medication and when you ask why you get attitude from the clerks and hung up on.

Incredibly convenient for travelers! My partner and I were staying in a nearby motel to go to King's Island. Even on vacation we don't like having every meal "out" so we were delighted that this Kroger was so nearby to pick up juice, frozen dinners, yogurt, and a few other things and keep in our mini fridge. The store seemed well-stocked and well organized. Prices were reasonable. The self-checkout worked well, so we were in and out in no time. :)

Lazy, rude, careless, disrespectful, disappointing are the words I would use to describe this pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. It may save your life Considering this place is full of lazy rude careless and disrespectful people

Poor customer service, rude stuff. Pharmacy technician Tyler prefers to talk to his friend over the window instead of serving the customers. Zero star. Do not recommend.

Staff are very helpful and nice but...this Kroger's doesn't take Applepay for touchless self-checkout. Have to finger punch in alternate phone number if you don't carry Kroger's loyalty card. Cleanness of this particular Kroger's (i.e. Shelving floors) is gross compared much cleaner competition (Walmart, target, other Kroger locations). Some restock vendor's don't wear masks (i.e. Dorito).

2nd time, last lady working their forced to use self checkout that accommodates four bags of space, has given me disrespectful, impatient looks again. This same lady tells you to hurry up so she can leave on time. Gives you impatient looks and stares at you to finish. She will then say she has been there for 8 hours and wants to go home. She will say this repeatedly. Down right pathetic, unprofessional and instead of helping me get through quicker, she stands there watching you. She tries to make up for her rudeness by lying to me that she "doesn't want me to be caught here in the dark when the lights go out" is the reason to rush me. How about all those guys I saw restocking shelves Just minutes ago WITHOUT flash lights duct taped to their heads???? I called her BS and said that is not the reason to rush me to another employee this time or last time she did this. Also, as she is clearing off the coupons, she asked me if I bought 2 ice cream. Clearly I only had one she saw me scan, and then she says this requires two for the $1 off BUT she will give it to me anyway(with tone). She LIED again!! I have two identical coupons with different expirations and I only need one. Trying to do me a favor....she has the gumption to pull that. Crazy!! This is the second time this lady has done this to me in last 30 days. Imagine this every night Mr/Ms Kroger mgmt. I dropped a few f bombs at her and she got offensive to my language- rightly so. My son threw up earlier and hence my late visit and taking care of him all day was defended while she was giving me her excuse to leave after 8 hours being there again and again..... I should not even have to defend myself. I apologized 2-3 times to her and the other employee for the cursing just to see if she would as well and not once did she apologize for lying to me or being disrespectful this time or last. As I load my car, she leaves at 12:03am to get in her ride waiting for her at the curbside. They even stopped for a few seconds closer to me probably as she bad mother me to her significant other. See my photos, the same coupon and with the debate of this rude lady had started with me, I still got done at exactly midnight closing.
