“The technicians that installed the bathroom were great. Very professional yet friendly had everything laid out. They definitely left my bathroom better than when they found it. I really like the quality of the materials used in the whole look of the shower. I'd highly recommend them if you're thinking of getting something done in your bathroom.”

My faucet would not have been able to be replaced without removing the whole tub. They immediately contacted me and told me what to do. “IKEA has made a point to have more vegan options and they delivered. The little cafe downstairs (next to the exit) sells veggie dogs. They are made from kale and lentils. Really great! The restaurant upstairs has veggie balls (veggies) and plant balls (pea protein) as options. Note: I checked the ingredients to the sauces and they look vegan but check for yourself... Not all sides (mashed potatoes) are vegan. You can also buy the veggie and plant balls in the frozen food section they have (near the exit). I've added some pics of the ingredients.”

“Fun to walk through and spend a couple hours, took a star off though for the fact that IKEA sells dressers of specific specifications but then doesn't sell drawer storage inside the drawers that matches the dressers dimensions which is annoying.”

“I purchased a Basco framed pivot swing door almost 2 years ago but, because of myriad reasons, I failed to replace the door (the same door installed when we had the house built 30 years ago) until now. When I began installing it, I noticed the parts pack with hinges, screws, etc, were not in the box. Fortunately, I had the email recept bought through Lowe's in my email. I sent all the info, including the email order to Basco and was assisted by the delightful Michelle Grau who sent the parts pack without hesitation! Thanks to Michelle and Basco for honoring the customer!
