I saw this site had ne reviews so thought that my experience would benefit others- I would not recommend this shop- the owner is much more interested in real estate deals. After receiving a simple engraving job on a circular cup and being told that it would be available "in several days" I had to repeatedly call over the next few weeks until finally I went to deliver my ultimatum because my required date was approaching. I ended up leaving with my cup untouched by their service - in short totally unacceptable and pathetic!
