Horrible experience I suggest if someone comes in to your business asking for help a paying customer don’t embarrass and hurt the customers feelings just ether agree or disagree that’s all they need to hear okay thank you.

We showed them a picture, and asked for a fade on the sides and on the back and a trim that's 1 inch off the hair above the eyebrows. They ended up completely ruining my hair and the sides were very uneven. The left side is almost the exact same as before the hair appointment and the right side has no hair. They took too little off the front and she created a lot of split ends. This was the worst haircut experience ever and it was a total waste of $18 and my time. It is an even bigger disaster because I have a huge, important family event this weekend, and now my hair looks awful. Biggest disappointment. I really wan't to sue Great Clips.

Terrible. They don’t ask how you want it and they don’t know how to cut hair. These people can’t do their one job right.

very clean, Fast service, this is one of the better locations also.
Requested style: if they are able to the style they will try there best to do it, different type of styles may cost more but I cant 100% say that
