Nice branch, the location is very convenient and there are plenty of available parking as well as stor front 15 minutes parking spots. The only drawback is the slow speed if service due to the little number of personnel on location so plan to arrive earlier and give yourself some waiting margin.

I've used this store for almost 20 years, always with great service and results. My orders are not frequent nor large yet when it is my turn, regardless how busy they are, I always feel as if I am the only person in the store and nothing is more important than my order. Mike, Pam & Billion handled this latest order with consistent, excellent service.

I printed a Canva order to this location. I was excited that the prints were ready much sooner than expected, but was underwhelmed by my experience in the store. There was only one person in front of me but it took a good 15min for me to be helped, which hey, that happens. They weren't rude but they weren't friendly. I got my prints and they were obviously printed lopsided and instead of addressing the obvious they just hoped I wouldn't say anything. When I asked them to cut it down to correct it they made a couple of mistakes there too. Then they only gave me half the envelopes I ordered. When I had to go back in the store to get the rest they were like "oh how did that happen?" But no apologies. In total it took 30min to get lower quality prints. All of these things on their own are minor inconveniences I wouldn't normally care about, but all together they were annoying, and again, while not rude, i feel like apologies and proaction is needed when all of this happens to one customer in the same span of time. It's just part of service.

I came into the store with my 1 year old and 3 year old needing to laminate two 8x11 sheets of paper. I was honestly dreading it because I had never laminated something before and I expected it to be a disaster trying to figure it out and keep track of my kids. I was so grateful to an employee named Mike who greeted me immediately upon entering the store, led me to the laminator, showed me how to do everything, and stayed with me the whole time until it was done. We were in and out of the store in 10 minutes, tops. Thank you SO much, Mike, for making my visit go more smoothly than I could have imagined!

Beware, very rude service people here. I'm surprised to see how there're many good reviews here. Yesterday, I had to drop off a package and hopped to this place. From the beginning til the end it was awful. I had nothing to do with them, I do not know them and I don't visit fedex often. Pretty rude behavior from the way of greeting till the exit door. And the service was more of a customer assisted than on their own employee driven (they messed up the addresses and I noticed and had to correct that). Very unfortunate and awkward personnel and I have no idea what's going on there & with them. And there was a snap-back slur on the back while exiting, as if they were helpful !! Wow! what an experience --- ruined my evening badly and made it a pretty bad day overall for me. So, I wouldn't recommend & be aware. I wouldn't go there again. May be this fedex is all rude type of organization. Not sure but I'd suspect.- Ram
