Bad business.I canceled policy on Dec 5th and received reimbursement with confirmation email of cancellation.Last week of Dec, I noticed withdraw with bank for $217.00.Called bank to learn ePremium charged account.I called ePremium customer service, told there was glitch in system with payments, be resolved.REMEMBER I CANCELLED MY POLICIY.First week 2024 ePremium has not refunded me and when called the customer service mentioned we have corrected our end, now it's your banks problem.PLEASE explain how your company creates the problem then expects customers to create solution.Inflation is BAD so money is TIGHT.ePremium keep saying SORRY, I don't need your sorry.I APPRECIATE YOUR COMPANY RETURNING MY FUNDS THAT WERE TAKEN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND/OR ACTIVE POLICY.I consider this THEFT.Legal actions need to be discussed regarded your IMPROPER handling of people's finances.

I was literally just told by my office that they got charged $100 between 11/22-12/4 by this company for me not having my VERY active policy added to their portal. So I am out $100 when I had active coverage the whole time. Not sure if this company is very predatory or the office is lying. Either way, I find both practices wrong given I have renters insurance. Be aware of their practices when entering an agreement with epremium.

The communication with this company is atrocious. I made a phone call to the company to verify my payment was approved. I was told yes and was provided an email receipt. Four days later I get an email saying my account is pending cancellation due to my payment not being received. Are you joking?? So, I call. I had to speak to THREE different people because I guess the first two weren’t “qualified” to help. Whatever. Finally, I speak to a “qualified” representative who tells me my information was not correct OR it was NSF. So, I’m charged a $10 LATE fee for NSF when that wasn’t the case. This company is horrible in terms of communication as I was told yes, payment was made to no, it wasn’t approved and the account is pending cancellation. What a scam. If I didn’t have to use this company, I wouldn’t.

I moved out of my apartment on March 15, 2023 and I had paid till December 2023 .I still did not get a refund for the charges.No body picks up the call at the office.To add to this, I was charged on November 17 th 2023 for an apartment that I don't live anywhere.They just keep debiting from my credit card. I am in the process of fighting these charges with my credit card company.I strongly discourage anyone from using this company.

Do not use this company for insurance if you have a choice! There are so many other options that are way better.I only chose this company because it was the only one listed by my apartment complex. Right away I wasn’t impressed with the website. Half of the listed plans weren’t even working. Once I got to the payment section I noticed the price. It was literally two to three times as expensive as the other insurance options.It’s fine until you actually have a problem. I tried calling, using the live chat, and more. Literally no one answered! I saw someone mention that you have to press the new customer option to get someone to answer on the phone — they were right. Very shady that there are only agents available for new customers.Today, I tried calling again because I noticed that they charged me three times. The agent claimed that it was company wide problem , but they didn’t know what was going on & were still trying to figure it out. They didn’t send any emails to notify customers of what happened — you just had to hunt someone down on your own if you even noticed. This company doesn’t seem secure at all. Not to mention I was overdrafted by the charges because it’s only for my insurance. I’ll be moving in January and definitely WON’T be using this for my new insurance.

So I'm coming up on my fourth year I believe,And to this day nobody can explain to me Both management and e premium. Why do I have to use them explicitly???? For example I cannot use usaa Or State Farm who has my vehicle policy as well, Anybody out there able to explain to me why this is???

My apartments had me get this insurance. What a scam. They didn't cover any of my things that were damaged due to the recent hurricane. Use delay denial tactics after providing so much proof. Don't use this company try Assurant or Usaa. You'll waste many thinking your things are covered when in reality there not.

If you are a landlord and you want to frustrate the hell out of your tenants with this type of service (submitting proof of rental insurance), this is the company for you. Literally takes HOURS to upload all the necessary documents because you have to resubmit files multiple times because the file upload size allowed is minuscule.

It is a nasty and disgusting company for the following reasons: they work with many rental properties and they force residents to buy their products and reject other 3rd party policy proof. I uploaded my proof and it got rejected because property A is not listed as interested, EVEN on the first page it says A IS AN INSTEREST PARTY. Can you actually grow an eye and respect the truth? I just don't wanna buy your products ok?
