Online says they are open but when you call it says they are closed for the holidays update your information correctly this is an inconvenience I still have to work today we just close early and we have signs that say that.

Terrible experience with the policy and contacting anyone that can help resolve issues. Submitting items and zero email confirmation. Completely in the dark and their responses are unhelpful. Avoid
