DO NOT order anything same day delivery. On Saturday night I placed an order for same day delivery. Delivery was to take place Sunday between 4p and 7p. Here we are Monday and no order has been delivered and no one can tell me when I'll get it. So basically 68.00 down the toilet. So annoying when I have been a loyal customer.

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT use their AIT services for basketball hoop install. We paid over $400 back in February to get our son's new basketball hoop installed. It is June 12. STILL NO HOOP INSTALLED.

Staff is by far the worse. I don't hunt down staff to spend my money. They congregate in pairs, chat with each other and ignore customers. It got so bad they were walking down an aisle, we turned down the isle and they immediately turned around to go the other way.Very sad, I was ready to purchase an Ethos weight set for my son, golfing supplies for my son in law and work out gear for my husband for Christmas. I will spend my money elsewhere.

As I walked in the store tonight at 7pm, there are 4 associates standing and chit chatting amongst themselves. None of them greated me or even asked if they could help. I had to interject their conversation to ask a question. I was returning two pairs of shoe's. As I go to get in line, I notice only one employee actually working and running a register. His name is Daniel. I'm the 3rd person waiting in line, as the party of four employees continue to talk about "hanging out". Daniel was quick and courteous. Five stars for Daniel and negative five stars for the other employees as they are being paid to NOT do their jobs.
