So I am here to share an experience worthy of recognition! I bought a used car in August 2024,, ‘as is.’ I am normally very diligent on researching big purchases, but I did not in this case.
The purchase process was smooth and quick, which is a plus for me because time is money! Two weeks after I got the car, there were a few issues that I brought to Becks attention. ISSUES were corrected!!!! Becks could have held the position of ‘as is,’ but they DID NOT. They not only fixed the issue but corrected an aesthetic annoyance. All done in good faith.
I will highly recommend, and, will be purchasing another used car in the next 6 months from Becks!!

This would have been a five-star review,however, they lied to us about the tires.They advertise New Tires,however, only driving the car for 30 days almost had an accident because 1 of the tires blew from being Tire rotted. All the tires are old and bad. The car is great, though. Just don't lie next time. My daughter has a picture of the car with your new tires on the windshield before we purchase the 2010 Mazda 3.

Levan, Doug and the team here at Beck’s were absolutely fantastic. They have the best used cars and a wide variety. Our Highlander was checked by a mechanic before we bought it and they said it was the cleanest, most well kept car they’d ever seen! We bought it.
They know their cars, are judicious in their pricing and very polite. Anyone who is smart will stop by Beck’s and buy their next car.
10/10… don’t waste your time anywhere else, honestly.

Not a great experience so far. The day after purchase the transmission started making noise. I messaged salesperson about it, and he referred me to warranty that I purchased. Today, not even a week after purchasing, the check engine light came on. I feel like the salesperson knew of issues and instead of fixing or disclosing he was misleading to sell car. If warranty does not cover repairs, I'll be extremely upset with this lot.

I must preface that I did thorough research on the model purchased for nearly 3 months. After a few not so courteous interactions with dealers in Milford, I set my sights on Becks. Performing a deep dive via the CarFax, dealer reputation care of BBB, and customer testimonials across an expanse of websites, I felt comfortable on the model and dealer I would be engaging with. My initial interaction was with Alex. Real class act-allowed me to test drive and have a vehicle PPI conducted off-site same day. That willingness to go the extra mile did it for me. Ultimately, the vehicle check out! Sealing the deal for me was Doug on the Finance end. Although I was a cash buyer, Doug answered all my inquiries and really made me comfortable in the moment. I enjoyed my experience with this team and hold the dealer in high acclaim. Thank you, Becks.

I just bought a 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser. I seen a lot of these around my area all rusted. This one is very very nice. The price is reasonable. They delievered it to my house 200 miles away. Wonderful car salesmen. I'll be doing future business with them and refer them many times over.

Anthony and the financial team was Amazon! I stoped by on Sunday and then back again the end of the week and were able to help me buy my Highlander! Very informative and helpful with all my questions. Very friendly and great customer service!

I just purchased my second automobile from Beck’s in the last 4 to 5 years. The first one was for our grandson. It was a 2011 Honda Accord. it is still running and doing quite well, even though it doesn’t get a lot of TLC. I just purchased a 2016 Toyota Highlander for our second vehicle. I am very happy with it and so is my wife. It may become our trip vehicle as well as my projects vehicle. The price was right. Max is a very accommodating sales person. He was able to get the front grill replaced and two front floor mats for me for the same purchase price. I feel that Becks is reliable and for the most part honest because these are used cars after all. Max had no issue with me having my mechanic check out the vehicle, which meant a lot to me. When I need another vehicle, I will most likely go back to Becks and ask for Max. The silver car pictured is the one I just purchased. The dark blue car is our grandson’s Accord, which we bought at Becks. Thank you so much Max.
