“We had bought two Deep Cycle AGM batteries for our RV when we were on the road in Austin TX back in April of 23. When we went to winterize the RV and place the batteries on a trickle charger, one of them came up with a short error. I took the one battery to my local store and they tested it, confirmed it was bad and had another matching battery from another store delivered in the after noon. I was able to drop off and pick up a new battery on the same day at nor cost with the warranty. Great warranty and customer service. Thank you batteries plus!. I also love that I can bring all my old light bulbs etc there to be recycled. Another plus!!”

Purchased a new battery today, and even though the manager had already technically clocked out, she still took the time to help me get the battery purchased, and she waited to make sure the other guy got it installed so he could be back in the store to help other customers before she left.They're short staffed and working tons of OT as managers. Still friendly and still made sure I was a satisfied customer.”

These young men are an INCREDIBLE asset to your store & are not just giving you a VERY good reputation (also for themselves) but have shown that there are still exemplary young men in their generation! On a separate occasions, the store manager Donnie, went above, and beyond to graciously provide solutions. So grateful I chose this store.”
