“Kevin at Muennich’s is a straight shooter and very honest. We had an emergency situation where a flashing check engine light with a Hyundai Santa Fe sport. Not knowing why it was flashing, Kevin quickly accommodated us on short notice and let us know ow that the car needed to be seen by the dealership due to a critical code. They managed a comprehensive list of maintenance tasks, including changing the oil and filter, swapping out the air filter, and replacing the headlight bulbs. “Bought and had tires installed (10/08/2024) Good options. Dropped car off at 6pm. They were done at 6:45 and sent a txt. I unfortunately didn’t get the txt until 7:15 (my fault) and the service center was closed and no one to help at the auto care center. Found a manager / team lead (Jaden possibly?) and they were able to get us our keys and check us out. Could’ve been a terrible experience, but staff made it 10/10”
