As a customer, who has ordered a LOT of books from America's Test Kitchen (who uses Aero as their fulfillment house) - I can tell you that Aero is incompetent as far as getting actual product orders out the door and shipped correctly. Every. Single. Order. I've placed has had something screwed up with it from their end. Every. Single. One.
