I have been going to Woodside since earlier in 2024. My dog is roughly 4 years old and was having issues. I will say that Dr. Levan is great, but I cannot handle waiting for 1.5 hours every time I go. This past time I arrived for my 11:45 appointment...was taken back at 12:10 and the doctor didn't come see us until 12:55. They do all of their work behind the scenes, so the doctor spends all of 5 minutes with you. My bill this past time was $425...the previous was $385. I'm going to search for a new vet that respects my time a little more as there isn't even a "sorry about your wait."

I love this place so nice and comforting when your pet is sick. We had a Shih Tzu that we had to gain his wings we stayed there in the room holding him until he took his last breath. I wouldn’t have wanted any other Vet to handle that. Thank you.

Long story short, I called them in desperate need of assistance. While they were unable to see my dog immediately, the woman I spoke to went out of her way to help me find someone who would be able to. She was compassionate and patient and immensely helpful. She could have easily dismissed me, like most everyone else, but she did not and I’m so grateful.

Sat in room to put are pet to sleep for over an hour after closing time to reply at hole time we were there so we left..

Overall, this is a good vet. I did have one instance where I had to leave and reschedule another appointment because the doctor was running an hour and 20 minutes behind. They also do not check their messages from the forms you fill out online. I requested an appointment and medication refill and I had to call in both times. I was told by the manager that those firms very rarely get checked, and it is always easier and quicker to call in.

The fact every time we’ve brought my dogs here something messed up. First they didn’t cut his nails and charged us extra for stuff then now they cut my dogs nail too short it was bleeding. P. A. T. H. E. T. I. C.

I have literally spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at Woodside for vet care for my dogs. Yesterday my cat was critically ill and needed to see a vet asap. I called Woodside and was told they couldn’t see my cat for a week. When I explained the cat likely wouldn’t survive a week, I was told I should find a vet clinic that accepts emergency patients. When I googled “emergency vet Marysville,” the first name that came up was Woodside. The total lack of any sort of compassion by the people answering the phone at Woodside is inexcusable. If Woodside is your veterinary clinic, I highly recommend finding another one BEFORE you have an emergency. My cat died.
