After going to the urgent care yesterday and trying to get the prescription filled at meijer only to have the pharmacist at meijer have me wait for them to come back and say they didn't have the medication and were now closed (which made it apparent that closing was more important than filling a patient's prescription), going the next day to walgreen's and having the pharmacist go out of his way to check with meijer and find out they cancelled the prescription then calling the urgent care himself to get the prescription and filling it, i will not get my prescriptions anywhere but walgreen's now. The pharmacist went way above and beyond to help me get the medication i needed, and i will definitely frequent the walgreen's store for my pharmacy needs. Thank you, walgreen's, that superior level of customer service and patient care is very appreciated.

was shopping for a phone, and only one was in, but that didn't bother me. While I was looking a young gentleman stopped and to see If I needed. The gentleman was Quinton Mitchell, he was helpful, pleasant, and treated as he should, I was elderly , but I asked him a question and he treated me as if I was sure of what I was looking for. and I was very proud have in your store!! Thanks for his supervisor show how I could, be sure the Company are lucky to have a young gentleman as he was !! THANKS SO MUCH Mary Watkins 937-747-2695 GREAT JOB, AND VERY PLEASANT

If they have 0 star or even negative, I would love to do that. They didn't go through my father's insurance's card carefully and said oh your insurance is not gonna pay for your medicine. And I did ask her the reason and she said your card should have RxBIN, RxPCN, and RxGRP number on it. To be cleared, my dad's insurance is One Care connect which is covered medication. She said I have to call to ask about my dad's insurance. I didn't think that is impossible since for sure it covers. So I did take a look one more time on my dad's insurance card and it showed these RxBIN, RxPCN, and RxGRP numbers. The workers here did not care for doing their job right. It is so disappointed. It wasted my time.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I went into your pharmany tonight to pick up my prescription and I was lied to and treated like a drug dealer. I was spoken to in the most condescending manner all because your staff was too lazy to communicate and pick up the phone. When I asked the tech to speak to a manager I was told she was the manager, the only manager for the next two days, and I could call 1800 WALGREENS if I had an issue. Trust me. I did. And I told Kayla, the empathetic, customer service-oriented representative, how I would never step foot in another Walgreen's again.
