Would give a 0 if I could. Brought a new phone in because I had a dual sim and couldn’t use it properly. They went on to erase my sim completely (saying they could easily fix it) and proceeded to say the Sawmill location (who set my new phone up just 2 days prior) was a fraud and scammed us. Offered no help other than to say I should sue them for fraudulent activity because they set up the account incorrectly - drove to Sawmill right afterwards who fixed the problem within 5 minutes. They said they get this kind of behavior from the Marysville location all the time, and that they simply just didn’t know how to fix the problem. The Marysville location (especially the manager) are clueless, rude, and incompetent. The manager called the Sawmill location “SLIMY” and said they needed to “kick rocks.” VERY unprofessional and not the type of service I will ever be a part of. Hey guys, why don’t YOU kick rocks!! Sawmill is great!!! If you have any concerns they are worth the drive!!!

I went into Verizon to switch carriers. A gentleman named blaze helped me get the phone I really wanted & could afford. I haven’t had a new phone since I had the iPhone X so it was definitely time for an upgrade. Blaze was very patient, polite, friendly & kind. Made the whole process easier & smooth as possible! It’s great to see there’s still some good people out there. Phone is working great! I love it! Thank you BLAZE for everything ?

Went there for a phone trade in so far the sales guy was ok. The next day came there assuming I can drop my phone back for return as there was no instructions given. So when I went there the lady just told me to wait for the box that's mailed if not I can call customer service. Unfortunately no one answered. So frustrating that when we were there none of them gave the option that we can send it thru ups the fact that I'm already in the store. Now got an email that if not returned on specific date the amount of the trade in will be adjusted! How the heck the people in this store don't have knowledge on returns! This is UNACCEPTABLE!

I never like to leave a one star review but in this situation I have to. I came in the store to pick up my online order which doesn’t take long at all and I understand that the store was busy but the employee (didn’t even introduce her name) that was helping me out seems to be very irritated and unprofessional. In addition, the next day I came back to turn in my old phone two hours before the store closed, I got the same woman that was helping me out the day before. There were 2 people ahead of me in line and we were waiting patiently. When it got to our turn, the employee was rushing everything and I can tell that she was very irritated. I’m sorry that the store was busy but that’s not my fault. If you’re going to take your frustration out on the customer(s), then I believe this is not the job for you.Anyway, turning in my old phone shouldn’t take that long at all but she did it in about a min or two and she was rushing through the whole process. I can see in her face that she was irritated and didn’t want to help.

Had a simple question about phone repair. Spent 30 minutes trying to call the store. Got absolutely nowhere except fighting with the Verizon system trying to contact me store.

My grandmother went in to get assistance with her phone today and had the worst customer service. She got to the door a minute early and didn’t realize she did and was told by a coworker she had to wait 1 minute since they weren’t open when it was below 30 degrees out. I’m sorry but if you can open the door to let someone know they are a minute too early then you can open it a minute early to avoid her standing in the cold because of your laziness. When she was let into the store she said only one person was helping customers having others wait while everyone else ran to the back. When she was helped she said the guy that helped her which she didn’t know his name but said he was tall heavier set with dark hair and glasses was rude and just told her to call a number and sent her on her way. I’m sorry but I use to work at a Verizon store a little while back and I would never treat anyone like that. You could have helped her file insurance on her phone or maybe even talked about new phone options instead of sending her away. I understand it was under my account but a simple phone call could have fixed that. If he would have talked to her about an upgrade she would have done it but the guy cared less and sent her away. From what I have read from the other reviews as well it seems as if the employees at this store only care about commission and not about taking care of their customers like customer service representatives should. I’m very disappointed in the service she received here. I tried to call and express my concerns and of course can’t reach the store so hopefully the right people see this.

I was told by Verizon customer service that i could go to the store and get help with my trade-in issue . I go to the store the associate says no we do not help with trade in and pretty much pushed me out the door. I believe if they are not getting a sell they will not help you at all. Terrible customer service.
