Absolutely ZERO customer service. I took my two children out of school early to apply for passports at this location. We showed up literally 3 minutes late (couldn’t find a parking spot on the street) and the worker tells us “sorry, we tried calling. We can’t see you.” I told him I had absolutely no missed calls (although my phone number was correct on the appt confirmation). He just kept saying “it’s policy, it’s policy.” No empathy, no customer service, no care at all. 100% would not recommend this location of USPS and I will NOT be back. I’m beyond disgusted.

as an elderly person I would like to see if person that live on a busy road that why our mail boxes can't be on the side of the road you live on .

I have to say, based on the Google reviews for this post office, I was pretty concerned with having to reach out to them today. As a quick back story, I was notified that a package of mine was delivered to me yesterday and that a key was left in my mailbox to open the parcel box. Long story short, there was no key in my mailbox. Today I called the post office and got an automated recording that guided me through the process of placing a web ticket. After completing the ticket, I received a prompt stating that someone would be reaching out to me within 1-3 business days. I was somewhat skeptical that anyone would would reach out at all, but to my surprise, Stephanie at the post office called and left me a voicemail within 2-3 hours of the original request. She apologized for the mistake and confirmed that my package had been re-delived to my correct address. With all of that being said, my experience with the Marysville post office was great.

As part of a Veterans Administration study, I received a kit to take a bloodsample. My wife drew my blood, placed it in prepaid USPS, and dropped it off at the Marysville post office. Today I received a message from the VAsaying the package was lost in transit. Thank you Louis DeJoy, you are doing a great job.

With Brenda and Rose retired, and Stephanie working in the back more, the counter is now staffed with rude and inexperienced kids that have no clue what they're doing. The two times I've attempted to speak with a supervisor have resulted in dealing with an older woman of dark complexion that has no business being in a supervisor position, let alone working in an environment that requires her to deal with customer service issues! The facility has went downhill more and more in recent years. The USPS as a whole is a financial mess that results in operating at a loss year after year, and they think the answer is to raise costs and charge outrageous prices to ship items. No company in the USA could lose the amount of money they do and continue to operate. No business would flourish with the staff they currently employ until management addresses the lack of professionalism and customer service, but that would require management that understands their position and responsibilities! Almost makes it worth just driving to Dublin or Hilliard to do something as simple as ship a package! Avoid when possible!!

My regular mail person is great! But any time the post office has to deliver a UPS or FedEx package, they don't seem to know how to read street addresses and delivers my stuff to a business that keeps it.

The parking here is awful! Never have been to park in the lot, always have to park next door or across the street. I despise coming here when it's cold outside and have to walk a mile to get to the door.

I went to ship something to Canada had the address to my friends house in Canada. Asked the guy where do I put the address. City and zip. He advised he has no idea and that's for me to figure out. I'm at the post office... Place is a joke and I'll never go back in that dumpster fire.

My daughter called me in tears because of the "customer service" at the Marysville post office today. She walked in with a package and the bin for prepaid packages was out of order. She DID see the sign indicating to put the package in a open bin. She did not want to put her medical package in the open bin without being sure. The representative asked what she needed help with when she started to explain, he took thr package out of her hands. She said thank you and started to leave. The second representative that was helping another customer said "thanks for reading the sign" which in turn made the lovely customer he was helping laugh.First of all you have no idea what was in her package! Second she was not speaking to you! Third and most importantly be kind! You are in a customer service position, is it not your job to help customers! It was her first time in your facility she is new to Marysville. I am so disappointed that people the people you hire to help customers instead try to make them feel inferior. You didn't even let her finish her question. Please just be kind you never know what people are dealing with!

I've had great experiences here until today. A younger man and younger woman working together behind the desk either have no experience in customer service or just plain don't care about the customer. What a disgrace to the rest of your wonderful employees.

Not a good shipping company, bought a product a week or two ago, got shipped to Iowa then backed and the packaged still hasn't been delivered. I'd advise using FedEx for fast shipping and not losing your product
