I had a large Amazon package to return, and after several hours, and wasted gas found this UPS store who actually printed the label, taped the box, and thanked me for bringing it in!

Absolute horrible experience. 7pm tuesday waiting for SOMEONE, ANYONE to help with a UPS return. NO ONE CAME. Also there is a sign "can't process QR codes" WTH that is the ONLY option for a UPS drop off! Trash store with trash ppl
