Shelley is a wonderful and very knowledgeable realtor. She listens to your wants and needs, and works hard to find the perfect home for you. If I wanted to tour a home, she made it happen ASAP! She is also very informative and helpful when touring the home and looks for imperfections and repairs that will be needed. I would definitely recommend Shelly to anyone wanting to purchase a home! She will work hard to find the home for you.

We have known Shelley Beeney for a very long time and chose her to sell our home of 36 years. Her expertise, knowledge, and professionalism is beyond measure. We ran into some challenges in the middle of the process and Shelley was always "on it", constantly communicating with us every step of the way. We chose Shelley Beeney to sell our home of 32 years based on a recommendation from our son-in-law and are so glad we did! From our first meeting, it was clear she had a wealth of market knowledge and knew the area very well. We had never sold a home before and she took the time to understand our goals and to help us understand the selling process. She did a ton of research and helped us determine an appropriate asking price for our home. Shelley and her team did an excellent job with the listing with professional photos, drone shots, movies and social media ads which we are sure helped sell our home. She was very responsive and was always available to answer our questions. We had a couple hiccups with contracts that didn't work out and Shelley handled them so quickly and efficiently that we ended up with a new contract within a day.

I reached out to Shelley Beeney in hopes she could help my family and I find a home. The market right now is hard to buy in because it's a hot one. We tried honestly many times to do this on our own but had no luck at all. When we called her and explained our situation to her she was happy to help. We actually found a home that we love and closed on in 2 weeks. Shelley's communication with us was amazing! It didn't matter what time it was she would answer us back on any questions we had. She took us under her wing like we were hers and made us feel like we were family. She actually got our home $17,500 under the price they were asking. At our initial meeting, she shared very helpful information and explained her process in a way that definitely showed her expertise. She did a great job of showcasing the home online.
