In no way am I trying to put down the salon but I did feel disappointed when I left. So many people recommended the salon to me however upon leaving I couldn't help but feel disappointed I didn't leave with the advice I needed or the results I wanted, making me feel like I wasted my time and money even after I spoke up to the stylist. I would ask for a refund but I'm scared to deal with that kind of interaction.

This beautishop is very clean and the beauticians are always very kind.
Stylist: I requested my haircut as a picture I have shown to the stylist, Tiffany. She had cut exactly how I wanted. From then on, I have became her regular customer. She has extremely good skill in cutting and styling. I wanted to give her 6 stars. She is that good and professional.

My daughter and I got our hair done by Tiffany. And it came out AMAZING. My daughter is a very indecisive 5yr old, Tiffany made her so comfortable and she came out loving her cut.
She also helped me learn how to care better for both of our hair. I will go to her everytime

Tried to walk in for a haircut (had a sign out front saying “walk ins welcome”) but was told they were all booked for today. I reminded them of their sign out front and they said that they “were required to put it out and couldnt remove it” OR just dont claim something you cant follow through on. Terrible.

They cut off my whole sideburns, and wouldn't take responsibility for it. Tried to claim it as breakage like I didn't just watch them cut it. All the would offer is to shave it.

Always an excellent experience. As a male Veteran, they always give the discount and I end up paying it back with the change (always appreciate those who cut your hair?). I wouldn't trust anywhere else in Marysville, if I needed to look good.

Whatever you do don’t let eva do your hair. I don’t know how she got her license to do it but everytime she’s done it somethings been messed up, especially this time she cut my hair so short when all i asked for was layers i literally had to get extensions because not only was it short but the layers were so choppy. Literally the lady who did my extensions said that the haircut couldn’t have been worse. SAVE YOU MONEY!
