The staff are always kind and helpful. I find it concerning that a branch of a national bank is not fully handicap accessible. This location does not have automatic doors and can be difficult for someone with a physical disability to access.

I WENT TO PNC TODAY TO DEPOSIT A PNC CHECK. THEN I WENT TO THE STORE. MY TRANSACTION WAS DENIED. I CALLED THE BANK AND THEY PUT A 24 HOUR HOLD ON A PNC CHECK DEPOSTING INTO A PNC BANK ACCOUNT. THEY SAID I SHOULD HAVE CASHED IT, THEN DEPOSITED IT. THIS IS THE DUMBEST THING I HAVE EVER HEARD! RUN!!!

If I could give half a star I would. Staff is rude especially the manager. Young kid working there is nice. Terrible wait times, long lines and people sitting at desks doing nothing while no one gets help. Had questions about a business account and credit card for my company but Amy was too busy. Took my business to Richwood Bank next door and I made the right choice. Richwood Bank is so much better! Don't waste your time at PNC.

Very good people in there. They are extremely helpful and friendly. Never taken a loan but have received advice and they helped me when my credit card information got stolen
