There were four employees including the manager and assistant manager, according to their uniforms, not a single one greeted me when I walked in or offered to assist me when I walked up to the counter. They were not busy, I was the only customer in the store. I had a print out of the exact part I needed with the part number. The girl who finally helped me had a uniform that said assistant manager, but she didn’t seem very knowledgeable about where parts were located on the shelves or even what the part itself was. I told her their website said it was in stock. She didn’t apologize or offer to double check or have another employee look. Very poor customer service and communication. I understand that inventory can be inaccurate from the website and that didn’t bother me. It was the fact that no one there seemed like they had any knowledge of general automotive and parts identification and that they didn’t seem to take customer service seriously.

Just have to give a huge shout out to Tosha and the gentleman working with her tonight (4/14). We’re 2 hours from home and having car problems. They were so nice and helpful making sure we got everything we needed. Had to change a thermostat in the parking lot and they were able to give provide us with all the tools we needed. With two other auto parts stores close by, it’s good to know O’Riellys has good, friendly employees

Every time I call this place no one answers I can sit out in the parking lot and no costumer there they won’t pick up the phone this place really started to suck

O'Reilly Auto Parts is fairly new in Marysville. Consequently they knock themselves out trying to please the customer. I really appreciate that.
