They advertise on Google that they service exotic animals, going through a tough time having to put my sugar glider down only to be turned away saying they only service cats and dogs, they want nothing but clicks and publicity to there business even if they have to lie about the services they provide, let's look at the photo attached to see that there reply is a lie

They care about my dogs, and always listen to my concerns. I'm always a little anxious for my pups when I'm there, so I especially appreciate that they are so kind and friendly! We love them!

I’m sure under different circumstances, my opinion would be different. However, I was not satisfied with how they handled my particular situation. When I made an appointment for my father to euthanize his dog, I explained that the animal was aggressive and that they’d likely need a muzzle. When we arrived for the appointment I went in to ask for help to bring the dog in, who was collared, leashed and crated I had to explain again that he was aggressive. They asked us to wait outside until they talked to the vet. 30 minuets later the manager came out to tell us that they didn’t know the dog was aggressive and that if the dog bit them, they’d have to cut his head off and test for rabies. Why on earth would you make that statement to someone who’s putting their companion down. I understand that there is a concern, but to be so tactless is unacceptable. Then, when we asked for help to find a vet that would help us, they just told us to find someone with a dart gun and walked away. Like I said, under other circumstances, maybe I would have had a better experience, but as it stands, it made a bad situation worse.

My family have been taking our animals to Marysville Animal Care Center since 1993. Professional and caring staff, spotlessly clean facility. We are grateful to have such a fine animal care clinic here in Marysville, Ohio.

Huge fan of the whole team here at Marysville Animal Care Center. The receptionists are very kind and accommodating, the technicians are caring and gentle and listen to your concerns. The vet gave my little doggie a very thorough exam, trying to figure out what is wrong with her.
I received a follow-up call to explain blood work results and discuss care options. A lot of time was spent answering questions and giving suggestions. I am very impressed with the level of care at this clinic. It’s obvious that the health of your pet is important to them, not just your pocket book. Highly recommend!

Called in to get an appointment for our dog. Had an ear infection that was really bad and we needed medication. They said the best they could do was an appointment 3 weeks out.

Dr. Carson was exceptional with our very anxious dog - she has never done so well with a vet before. He was extremely thorough in his assessment and talked frankly about costs and benefits and options. We are very grateful to him and the responsive and kind team here!

This vet office nickels and dimes owners for every charge they can. Also the vets are not consistent, always seems to be a new face. I advise looking elsewhere.
We had been a client for over 11 years, in fall of 23 we brought our 11 year old golden retriever in to put her down due to a ruptured tumor. The receptionist was not compassionate they forced us to weigh her (she had recent weights from other appointments). They were rude. Also, they told us the tumor was not at risk for rupture. It did rupture and my dog was put down as a result.
We got a new golden retriever this spring, we had her boarded at the facility one time without issue. The second time they forced us to bring a stool sample in. They charged extra for the stool sample of course, when she was just there with no sample about 2 weeks prior.
They charge for every possible thing they can think of, we had a two minute shot for a flu vaccine booster. Charged for not just the vaccine but also the an assessment. They did no assessment.
The puppy is now 38 lbs and we called to get them to approve a prescription for heartworm, flea and tick medicine. We incorrectly told them she weighed 31 lbs and after reweighing she was 38 lbs and they refused to approve a prescription without another appointment and more fees, so the dog has no flea tick and heartworm meds.
They lost a client of more than 11 years over a minor discrepancy. These may sound minor, but in all in all they just put us over the top with them. We have many more complaints, but in general I detest them.
