When I come here to make purchases for my home, I do not like being solicited by associates wanting to sell me or interest me in the lowes credit card. When I tell them I'm not interested and they continue soliciting me, I no longer want to buy from lowe's at this location? Are you selling credit cards or you selling products for people to buy for their home?

I've always thought Lowe's was an excellent company, but I guess I will be taking my business to Home Depot. We ordered laminate flooring for our house recently. The delivery driver dropped the pallet on our front lawn this morning leaving my wife and daughter to lug it all in box by box due to me being at work (they didn't even knock). They left thousands of dollars of materials on my lawn. No signature request no nothing. If I wasn't honest I could say they never delivered it as they have no proof or signature. I tried to resolve this by calling the 800 number but got a very loud call center. The person was very nice (when I could hear him) but his only solution was to forward my complaint to "delivery management". That will go nowhere. This is completely unprofessional and irresponsible.

Never have anything you want, just the common stuff, all the stuff is at the Dublin location, it is a Marysville thing, we always have the small version of stuff that barely works. The outside lawn and garden lady there think she knows everything as well. She told me something about a plant that is so wrong, the funny thing is I have a degree from The Ohio State University in Landscape Architecture, so I happen to know.

It’s OK. I’ve had a lot of problems with my synchrony card. Took forever to get things resolved. Heavy lady in KISS t-shirt at service counter provides the worst possible experience. I've spent over 15k at this location in the past qtr and she makes everything troublesome and is lazy to resolve any issues.

I have visited the Lowe's in Marysville, Ohio over ten times, and each visit has been increasingly frustrating. The customer service at the Pro Desk is consistently poor. Despite waiting for assistance, I am often ignored and rarely asked if I need help. The so-called phone sales policy seems inconsistently applied, making it difficult to complete transactions. I expect more from Lowe's.

There are employee's that don't know anything about Lowe's it's a good thing they have a app so we could find what we needed

Pretty decent selection of vegetables and peppers. I like that they have them out front instead of having to walk all over to find them. As someone with a physical disability this is a real plus.
