We recently bought a Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator and after 1 week it kept freezing everything in the refrigerator no matter what the setting. We went to Lowe's to let them know and at first they said you have 48 hours to return it, that in itself is ridiculous but then they said if you used the Lowe's card you have 30 days. We had used the Lowe's card and wanted a different refrigerator because we did not want a Frigidaire. We were told we would have one truck deliver the new one, which we got a Whirlpool, and another truck will come pick up the Frigidaire. Low and behold when the 2 gentlemen came to deliver the Whirlpool they informed us they were also taking the Frigidaire away, no other call from any other people to pick it up. We signed on their phone because Lowe's don't use paperwork nowadays so now we have no paperwork showing the Frigidaire was taken back and they want us to pay for it. We disputed the charge but we were told by Synchrony that Lowe's basically said it was never returned, whether or not that is true I do not know, what we do know is that that refrigerator was taken from our house the day the Whirlpool was delivered. This to me is shady business tactics. We will fight this charge, win lose or draw we will no longer shop at Lowe's and we will make sure to tell our family and friends to steer clear from shopping there also.

horrible place workers where cursing at us and telling us we have to leave when trying to buy something wouldn't recommend going unless you want to get cussed at and told to leave for buying something. we tried to buy tape for a school project and were told "we are minors and can't buy anything"

Solid experience at this Lowe's in Marysville. I accompanied my brother-in-law to pick up a snow blower that he ordered online. There was plenty of parking and the store was bright + clean. A friendly employee immediately greeted us and her colleague promptly went to retrieve our order. They provided a heads up that it'd take a few moments so we briefly browsed the store (perhaps because the item is heavy and/or was stored in a different section of the store). My brother-in-law parked his car in a convenient loading space outside the front door then the employee pushed the item out to our trunk. An overall pleasant and mostly smooth experience.

Terrible customer service. We ordered a gas range online that was routed through this store. It was delivered two days later, but they would not uninstall the old one and haul it away (even though we paid for that). It's been 22 days and they still have not completed the haul away. Every time we call the person needed is on a break. Customer service keeps telling us 24 hours but that has seemingly turned into 24 days

Called around asking for prices for a fence. Lowe's was the cheapest by far but the salesman Chris was not great or lack there of. Didn't want to give a refund for the left over fence material. After the fence was completed the installers have a check list of they are to go over and make sure they do when completed while digging the post for the fence they left the extra dirt all over my yard apparently the sales man Chris instructed them to leave it there without even consulting me or giving me a choice to have it cleaned up ruined my yard it didn't cost any extra money to clean up the dirt but they were instructed by Chris to leave the dirt when it could of been cleaned up! Left many emails for Chris and never responded very unprofessional and inconsiderate it's disrespectful to leave a huge mess and not give me a choice to clean it up!

We scheduled hardwood floors and carper and counter tops ( granite) all in the same time frame. First no show on the appointment for measuring. They stated he was new and system issues.. The flooring was not delivered and we had to call. once the flooring was being installed we was informed they forgot to send several pieces so, off to Lowes we go to get what we paid for to be delivered. The floor is beautiful and the installers was awesome. The carpet installers informed us the measurements was incorrect and they would need to piece the carpet together. No way.. So we are waiting on the other half of our carpet to be installed. ( no call back yet) The granite will be installed and we was told that we needed to have all the pluming done before hand. This was not told to us and again when we was frustrated with the issue was told that the kid was new. The plumbing was 350.00 and they did credit us 200.00. do not use this location. The Manager Brian acted as if he did mot care that we was unhappy and had several, several issues. I am very disappointed!! Michelle

Do NOT go to this store! My card was stolen there and their customer service lost the money they owe me from a returned item! Total waste of time! Will never shop at Lowes again!

I had a very poor experience at Store #2944 in Marysville Ohio. I purchased a Whirlpool Microwave, WMH31017AS, on 7/31/15. I made the purchase online and chose the pick up at store option. I was called and told my order was ready and I could pick it up at the customer service desk. When I arrived the order was not ready and I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to pick my order. This was the beginning of my bad experience. When I tried to install the microwave on 8/2/15 I discovered one of the nuts holding the top part of the microwave was missing and I was unable to install it. I returned to the store to exchange the microwave and was told there were none in stock. I found another microwave I was willing to pay extra for and was told there was 1 in stock but they needed to find it. After waiting 20 mins, I was told they did not have that microwave in stock. At this time the assistant manager I was dealing with, Tiffany, left to handle another situation and passed me on to Leo, stating Leo would take care of me. I asked Leo what Microwave they did have in stock. I was told by Leo they had WMH53520CS in stock and he would give it to me for the same price as my original microwave. This made me happy because it was a more expensive model and I would be able to finish installing the microwave today. When Leo took the microwave up to the counter to check me out, I was told by the assistant manager, Tiffany, they would not honor their promise. Tiffany said she would give me the new microwave at the store price and "do me a favor" by honoring the 10% discount I used on my original purchase or she would have another microwave shipped from another store and I could pick it up tomorrow. She said that Leo made a mistake and should not have promised me the new microwave at the same price. I told her I understood there was a big price difference between the two models but asked if she could get me any kind of discount for my inconvenience and the broken promise. She said no. All I wanted was a the same or comparable microwave to install today. It was a bonus when I was promised a better microwave at the same price. It was very frustrating to waste an hour only to be told they would not honor their promise. This is why I asked for a refund and will never shop at Lowes again.

Today was a big day. We'd saved 7K to carpet the whole house, prepared to finance if necessary, up to 15K. We thought Lowe's Marysville first, which now seems crazy. 4 or 5 employees talking to each other at the carpet desk (unsure how many were loafing not their dept), not 1 helped us. They wouldn't acknowledge us though they clearly saw us. We were forced to call to each other over employees leaning on the desk, as we learned about their carpet ourselves using google. They saw us. To be blatantly ignored as a customer was humiliating, but I figure if the employees are this horrible, management must be even worse, so we won't buy Lowe's again. I am 52 years old. The employees at the Marysville Lowe's carpet dept are the worst I've ever observed in my life. To look at me and ignore me because you can says so much about Lowe's as a company. Lowe's did a great job of explaining carpet info on their samples. Ignored by employees we had to learn ourselves, and did. From the card readings we learned about carpet, twist and density. We took this info to a Dublin Oh company. I"m now spending over 100K, adding hardwood and tile work to my big house. Didn't plan to spend so much but after my bad Lowe's experience, I now appreciate customer service.

How am I the first to review this? It's been there for years, right off the highway. Okay, I'll take a shot. It's a typical Lowe's- maybe leaning more toward home decor than home improvement/hardware, like Home Depot. But of course they carry lots of the same stuff. Plus Lowe's always seems a little more expensive. I go here for more decorative stuff, HD for serious hardware. Service is always good. I got lots of advice in the garden center last time. And the most recent time there was a great sale on plants.
