I've had a bunch of problems with this pharmacy. They've cancelled medicine and then inexplicably blamed me for it more than once. I'm insulin dependent and they've denied me insulin several times. The reason given is usually different. The last time, they claimed that the insurance wouldn't cover it if they renewed it at that time. Well, that just doesn't make any sense. There is no way they talked to an insurance person, but if it had been an insurance problem, wouldn't they tell me how much it would cost instead of just turning me down?Today, I tried to renew my meds online. I had received two texts from the pharmacy recently. One had several of my medicines ready for renewal listed, and the other only had one. When I checked online, only the one was available. I called the pharmacy and the automated system wasn't renewing my meds, so I asked for a person. After being on hold for about 3 minutes, I was transferred to another part of the store. These are just some of the things that have happened. I don't think I'm out of line in saying that this pharmacy doesn't seem very interested in getting medicine to some of its customers.

One of the best pharmacy’s in Marysville. Usually very busy but do work very well with customers if you communicate with staff that prescription is urgent. Pharmacist Jeremy is so helpful and caring.

Never been the best pharmacy but I just got done waiting in line behind a gentleman speaking with, not one, but 2 different workers for quite some time.None of the three acknowledged my presence as they chatted about vacations, food, etc. When they finally wrapped up the conversation, I then noticed that they just started scanning in and posting for the medication the pharmacist was holding, instead of doing this first is even while they spoke.When I finally got to the window and mentioned that it was rude to keep me waiting while they chatted, the one pharmacist lied and said they were speaking about medicine related to his child. I do not appreciate being gaslighted when I clearly heard the entire conversation considering I was standing 6 feet behind them.Glad there is a CVS right around the corner. Never using Kroger pharmacy again.

Pharmacy is good. But I hate the lunch shutdown and they have the same problems everyone else is having: staffing and inventory.

It seems the past 4-5 times I’ve gone to get medication from here, there is always an issue. The final straw was when I spoke with an employee on the phone about a prescription explaining I could not make it in that day, but would be in the next day to pick it up. She stated they would get it ready. When I went to pick up my medication, it was still not ready (mind you, this was 24+ hours later). Not only did I not get the full quantity, it took over 30 minutes to fill 5 pills.2 stars were given because the pharmacists are very kind and helpful. I would not recommend getting your medication filled here. Poor customer service, line is always ridiculously long, and clearly there is poor communication between staff.

Will never go there again!! Was told my prescription would be ready the next day then when i went the next day was told the next day again. This continued for 3 days then once i through a fit was finally told it was on back order!! Drive thru is always closed lines inside are always super long at least 30 min waiting in line. Employees are very rude and nasty. Dont know her name but the girl with dark hair and i believe she has glasses is the worst!!! Pharmacy needs to just close down till the can get it together!! Had my account transferred.. Bye bye kroger

Consistently takes 30 minutes to get through the line. They've closed the drive thru and only have one cashier working during peak hours. You think they would want to resolve the issue but it's been like this for months.
