The home buying process can be challenging and stressful and I can't emphasize enough how important it is to have a great lender. That's exactly what Joel and his entire team were! From a customer service perspective, it was top notch. Joel is responsive, knowledgeable, and communicates effectively. He and his team make themselves available for questions and concerns or simple reassurances. No question is too dumb or silly and they go the extra mile to explain things and make sure you fully understand and feel comfortable. 10/10 recommend!!
