Had a front light out. Was pretty sure it was the electrical wires as I had already changed the bulb. Caleb E helped me out and checked everything. Found out it was just another bad bulb. Had a great experience and will be back, hopefully not soon!

I’ve been bringing my car here for 2 years. First time writing a review.
Came in for an oil change and brake replacement. Shoutout to Caleb E.; I would’ve given 3 stars if he had not been the person to accommodate me. He understood my needs and performed far better than the first service person. I was relieved that I arrived 4 hours prior my scheduled time, as I had waited for 6 hours. Despite the unexpected delays, thanks to my technician Brianna W., I was able to drive my car home the same day.

I would like to say some stuff that's good but the lack in customer care and the scam they like to pull off I just can't. Never buy the warranty cause 9/10 times they won't cover it even if you had nothing to do with it and then keep your car for half a week with no loaner to get anywhere besides one day when the car gets fixed and I pick it up. I finally go to a dealership and I want to sell the car and go somewhere else

I had an amazing experience going in for an oil change, not only was it faster and more affordable than most, but Caleb E. was amazing! He was very helpful and extremely patient with my many questions. He represents Honda Marysville wonderfully!

Honda Marysville went above and beyond my expectations. I will not take my car for service anywhere else. Their professionalism in their service department is top notch. A very stress free and enjoyable transaction. If their sales department is anything like their service department, I will be using them for my next new car purchase.

I want you to stop and read this. Mr. Mark is a simple, bold, trustworthy person and the vibe he generates as a human being is on another level. He treats me as if we had 20 years of friendship. Mark keep going, focus on trying to give your best every day as you did these two days that you helped me with my Pilot. What a good service, what a good advice, what a good person. Thanks friend, I really appreciate all that treatment.

The service center has been upgraded and it looks great. Even during the renovation, the staff was courteous and helpful. I drive from Hilliard because they offer great service and experience.

Short waiting time for my oil change appointment. Nice little refreshment area for myself and my 3yo daughter. I didn't feel pushy to get my recommended services scheduled. The service advisor explained to me well what needs to be taken care of timewise, so I can plan ahead. I have been here a few times and always satisfied. I would totally recommend.

I wouldn’t waste your time trying to get what you want out of these guys. They had our car for 3 days after not doing a full detail like I requested on the first day. It’s obvious that the service center is too big for the management and you cannot get a direct answer from anyone. They did extra detail services we did not ask for, (charged us for them)before doing a full detail that we did ask for. The service manager lied about what time he would be in on the 3rd day because he knew the car wouldn’t be read after 48 hours of them having it. (As if it mattered if he was there or not for us to pick up?) He also got us confused with another client as to what services we were even wanting which shows either they are unorganized or over ran.
My husband and I regret not supporting local and taking it to a smaller shop that would have appreciated our business. The 60$ oil change I did appreciate and the smoke smell is out for the most part but they did not shampoo the headliner (we requested a call as to if they would be doing that or not and never got one) but don’t ask for more than one service at a time it was a mess from the check in guy to the service manager and every call in between.
