Don't buy a used car here. I bought a car here last week. It's a fine car, but I ended up paying 7K over the purchase price when it was all said and done due to their sales tactics. First off they will make you wait for ages to be helped to even if you have an appointment. You can tell it's a tactic because everyone is waiting. Then you get rushed into the finance guy's office and he's more interested in chin-wagging at you and trying to distract you in order to put more crap on the loan. You try to assert yourself but you're not getting shown documents long enough to actually read them it's suddenly a rush through and this form is "just such and such" and you're not really encouraged to actually read because they've kept you there so long you just want to leave. They absolutely know this. They wouldn't even tell me who my actual lender was. They did not have all the documents ready to sign either. I've had the car a five days and just now got the damn document. So yeah I got snookered by these clowns and I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them. Drove all the way from Michigan to get scammed. So dishonest.

This place is great, and in particular Jared Tanner is an absolutely amazing car salesman. First, this place has excellent prices. I had been looking for a used Ford Mustang Mach-E, and they happened to have the color and trim I was looking for. They also had the best price, and I actually ended up purchasing the car and shipping it. Jared was incredible. He got back to me immediately, and gave me his mobile phone, so I could contact him at any time. Even though I was purchasing the car out of state, he took all my inquiries very seriously and sent me additional photos and answered all my questions promptly. He even got back to me on his day off (which happened to also be his birthday)! He set up a video call with me and showed me around the car in detail, and instead of shying away from any blemishes, he pointed them out to me, wanting to make sure I knew exactly what I was buying. During this process, he had several other people express interest in purchasing the car, but he wanted to make sure I had the opportunity to buy the car first, even though it was extra work for him. He worked with the shipping company to get the car out here quickly. Another thing that really speaks to his integrity has to do with the 2nd key fob. They had initially thought there were two keys (since that's true for all the vehicles they sell), but my car only had one key. Getting a 2nd key fob required going to a Ford Dealership, but I had already scheduled the shipping, and they didn't want to mess that up. So Jared told me I could get a 2nd fob made and they would reimburse me for the cost. Mind you, at this point in time, they already had my money, and the car was no longer even in Ohio. But Jared wanted to make sure that I was a completely satisfied customer. The car arrived safe and sound and looked even better in person than in the photos. No surprises at all - well, only good ones. So, all in all, great prices, great communication, super friendly, reliable and honest. I couldn't be happier!

I bought a vehicle here. The next day someone opened a credit card in my name. No one else had my information for several months or years. Too much of a coincidence for me. I called and texted the manager..no call back. I also was quoted 19,000.00 for my trade in. The paperwork says they gave me 18,000.00. I would not trust anything here.

paying dealership price should ensure that I don't have to worry about missing any of my belongings when I get my car back. I admit that I am at fault as well - I shouldn't have left my favorite pair of silver earrings in the car. I don't think I'll be taking my car back here because I will always have a sour taste from losing my special earring here.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Do not recommend buying your car used here. I'm curious if they did any sort of inspection before ripping me off, or if they just lied about it. But I drove off the lot "as-is" which is scummy and I should have known then. 65k Hyundai needed $3k worth repairs within the first 1,000 miles. They did not inspect the car like they said they did. Warning others DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I had a great buying experience with Suzy Q. She called me when I had planned to go to another dealer and asked me how she could earn my business. Based on the pricing of the other dealer I negotiated my deal before walking in the door. They came a little low on my trade in, but besides that I feel like it was a better than normal buying experience. Suzy communicated great and kept me updated through the process. They held the car for me for a week while I was traveling for business. Really A plus service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I put a deposit on a vehicle and over 4 months later no vehicle. The salesman and sales manager never call or return emails. When I went in to the dealership to find out where my vehicle was I found out it was in "transit" for weeks and they ordered the wrong color. Then they told me they were getting a replacement vehicle from there sister store and it would be in the following week 2 weeks later still no vehicle and was told it is in "transit" don't recommend this dealership.

Honda Marysville Auto Plant's local dealerVisit for car partsI didn't know where to contact them, but I asked a staff member who was passing by and he kindly directed me inside.The PartsCenter reception desk is located next to the waiting area on the right after entering the dealer counter.There is no goods shop, but it is quaint with old Honda cars on display.

This dealership refused to entertain the idea of selling a vehicle to a customer because they do not live locally. For reference, the customer was calling from Detroit, MI - a mere 3 hour drive away. This is an asinine way of doing business.

I love Honda Marysville! I worked with Lia Moore and she is top notch!! I love the finance guys!! They really work hard to get you a good deal! I love my 2023 Honda Passport. It's a beautiful car and I love it! I was so impressed that I brought my daughter in a few days later to purchase her first vehicle. Lia found her a beautiful bright red 2023 Honda Civic Sport. She is super happy and excited for her first vehicle! If you haven't been to Honda Marysville you should pay them a visit! You won't be sorry!!

I deleted my review. I will say I am at fault ... but stupid people get taken easier. Now, it is evident that I will pay $53,000 for a $23,000 purchase , and my $15,000 down was washed out as if it was a "gift" to the dealership. Not to mention, a $3660 extended warranty was added, and over a month later no documents, no letter from this entity. Beware, be smart ... read your documents before buying. Last time I ever buy a car from a dealership.

I tried to like it here multiple times... but was disappointed each and every time. Wrong parts ordered causing long wait times and inconvenient trips to tires not be balanced correctly. Will be looking for a new Honda dealership to go too!

The buying process here was extremely simple and quick. Service is where things fall short. People make appointments for service because they're on a time schedule. I've never, in my life, had an appointment somewhere that takes "walk-ins" before appointments. If the team cannot manage to service BOTH walk-ins AND appointments one of them needs to be removed. My husband had an appointment and took our car in for an oil change - waited 3.5 hours before it was finished. There was a recall on our BRAND NEW vehicle and the paper said it should take one day so we scheduled an appointment at the beginning of the month thinking they'd go ahead and order the part knowing we have an appointment, right? Wrong. Get there for the appointment and wait 30 minutes in line just to be told there's no shuttle to get back home. Luckily Bea is able to drive me home. The car is there for over 24 hours and WE have to continuously reach out for updates only to finally be told at the end of the day that the part just arrived and it *should* be done tomorrow. So, going into day 2 of our only means of transportation being in the shop and we sit knowing nothing because apparently our appointed guy is off today. Supposedly his manager is going to reach out to let us know what's going on, but I'm honestly not too hopeful at this point.

Always a great experience at Honda Marysville with buying a car or having said car serviced. I recently purchased my second car from Honda Marysville because I had such a great experience previously. Tried going to Lindsay Honda to look at a car, huge mistake. The sales people were trying to charge me $8k over MSRP. Came to Honda Marysville and got exactly what I was wanting plus a great deal with financing and great customer service.
