Honest feedback:
Part 1: Positives
Alexis cut my hair during my latest visit. I have had her a few times and she's always done a great job and provided great conversation. While I was waiting during my last time in the salon she moved diligently and with purpose between one client and the next while not sacrificing customer experience. It was very apparent that her client prior to me was very satisfied with her as well.
Part 2: Negatives
Unfortunately, like most people, free time for me is hard to come by. Oftentimes, my only chance to come in is near the end of the day. I have been turned away a couple of times when coming in near the end of the day (15-20 mins till close) when the salon is still open. I ended up taking a half day at work just to have the chance to come in. I chose to check in online to save time. When starting the online check in, the wait time said 14 mins. No big deal. When I finished, the wait time had jumped to 26 mins. I chose to head to the Salon anyway, hoping that others that checked in online before me had not arrived yet. I was 6th on the list when I arrived. I sat in 4th on the list for approx 8 minutes as the only person that was both checked in and actually in store while 2 employees (not Alexis) were in the back. All 3 people ahead of me in the queue showed up when I had already been sitting there for 8 minutes. My total wait time ended up being about 50 mins. Very frustrating to spend about an hour and 15 mins from check in to haircut completion for a hair cut that takes 10 mins max. I felt like my time was not valued as a customer.
In Synopsis:
Management better prioritize and reward Alexis because without her I would not consider coming back. 5 Stars to her. 1 star for everything else.

I got my haircut done by Alexis, and she was absolutely professional. I really appreciated how she took her time to make sure I got exactly the style I wanted. I honestly didn’t expect such great service at such an affordable price. Loved the experience and would definitely recommend her for a haircut! ❤️

Im female and had medium length hair, came in to get a short pixie style haircut and it turned out so crooked and butchered. Maybe if the girl that cut my hair wouldve stop talking to and laughing (with clippers in her hand, mind you) with the other employees the whole time and actually paid attention to what she was doing to my hair I wouldn't look like a famous dictator from Germany right now. So disappointed and kinda embarrassed. Sad thing is, I couldn't tell til I got home and it was fully dry. The mirror is far away in that place and I couldn't really see it that well while there. I showed the girl pictures of what I wanted and the end result is nothing like what I asked for. They do a good job on my boyfriend's hair, I will say, but mine, not so much. Had to trim it up a bit when I got home bc it was so choppy and not blending right and not at a gradient like it should've been. This is my second time going there and the first time I had a bad experience too. Granted, it was free that first time bc I donated my hair so I didn't think it right to complain. I had gotten it cut from my waist to my collar bone and light choppy layers. But it was so blocky and chunky with one side longer than the other... it didn't fade right then and this time it didn't either. I figured this time since they do mens hair so good they couldn't possibly mess us a short haircut but alas. Now I look like someone famous for horrible stuff who I don't wanna say their name and it sucks! My boyfriend loves the place though so take this review as you will but I just wanted to be fair by pointing out that they cut his hair good every single time.

Had no problem until last night. My hair stylist was blonde, pale with tattoos and a bad attitude. I tried to talk to her but didn’t want to talk. My haircut, was a novice cut, she butchered my hairline and with my balding hairline it’s very noticeable. I will make she she never cuts my hair again! Oh and her clippers, talk about loud sounds, I think the dB exceed industry standards when by your ear.
