Took my truck in today. I have a oil leak at the camshaft seal. The service advisor said they do not work on engines that old. My engine was replaced 2015. I am not satisfied with his explanation as they did work on my truck in 2017. I cannot recommend this dealership for repair work.

This review is for Chapman's Ford service department - hats off to Jason for taking awesome care of us + my brother in law's car. Professional, honest, and prompt. It's hard to imagine a better experience. The waiting area was clean and well-stocked with beverages.

Wow so I have called this dealer literally 4 times asking about a particular car. It's been over 2 months now and the car is still in demo status! What a HORRIBLE way to run a business!! Do Not Buy from here!!

Paid cash for a used truck which they said they went over when they took in. Tires were not the best but they said they would give me dealer cost when i ordered. The salesman said I should wait a little while because there would be rebates coming out and that would save me even more money. I little while later and less than 100 mile on my truck the add with rebates came out. I took the truck in to get new tires and the price they quoted me was same as I could get same tires at another place in town but with the rebate not a bad deal. After i dropped truck off they of course called me and said ball joints bad and needed replaced. I told them I just bought truck and they said they had gone over. So that was added to bill. Had to pick up truck after hours and when i open up door there were grease stains where someone had set. I waited for rebate to come but it didn't. When I called they said Ford had changed policy and I would have to call them. The only thing good I can say is salesman was nice. My son in law had bought a new loaded F350 and I'm sure he won't go back with this kind of service. Where I work has a fleet of pick up trucks and after they found out where I had got and taken my truck they said o no we tried them once and it was a bad experience.

Twice I have brought my Toyota Sienna XLE to Bob Chapman after an auto accident in which I was involved. They were quick with estimate and worked with the insurance adjuster to settle the claim. Prior to the work, one of the techs took time to modify a bent fender to keep it away from my wheel until such time as they could get the car in for repairs. They got me a rental car delivered to the place I was taking the car and arranged for pickup as well. Repairs were done well and on plan for cost. Highly recommend this company if your looking for someone who will do a good job and do it on time

I called to schedule an oil change for my car. Additionally, at slow speeds my car has a clunking noise going over bumps which I mentioned to the service advisor when I called. She replied that it would be $98 to check and see what the problem is and asked if that was alright. Germain Ford in Dublin will look at my car to diagnose the problem free of charge, as I will repair what needs fixed. Chapman Ford was trying to screw me before I even got in the door! They took a potential long term Marysville customer and guaranteed that I will NEVER use Chapman Ford for any of my vehicle needs! Beware!

I would like to thank Bob Chapman's Service Dept (especially Jesse and Will). We dropped off our delivery vehicle, which was covered in mud, for a routine service. Long story of how our little truck got in a predicament where it literally looked like we had taken it off road mudding. When we picked it up the next day it had been cleaned. The explanation I received for such a kind act was "it was the right thing to do." We thought the freezing cold day was going to include a trip to the car wash bundled head to toe (no volunteers). Thank you so much. We really appreciate the TLC we get from all of your staff. Edible Arrangements Marysville

Car buying can be tough and many dealerships leave you feeling more like you took a ride in a washing machine than leisurely cruise in a brilliant new automobile. Don't get me wrong Bob Chapman sells cars and that's how they make a living. But if you want to feel like you're being listened to and know that everyone from the sales consultant, to sales manager, to finance guy has your back this is the place to go.

I just purchased a used car from this dealership and the entire experience was better than I've had at two other Ford dealerships and four non-Ford dealerships. The sales and finance professionals and owner were all extremely helpful, nice, efficient and went out of their way to be sure everything worked out well. To top it off, after I made the purchase and drove away, I noticed a problem I hadn't previously caught and they offered to fix it at no cost. I highly recommend this dealership.

I have leased or bought 4 cars from this dealership. They've also maintained my cars throughout the last 12 years and dealt with my insurance company on claims so that I didn't have to. I continue to go back because they are trustworthy and good people. It's a great family owned business.

I chased all over town for wipers for my new car, and ended up at a dealer. Surely Meijer has plenty of wipers? Nope. Even the parts store guy was confused by the weird connector. They keep changing them so that you have to buy more expensive ones, I guess. Or go to the dealer. Dealers... not my first choice. But when nobody else has the part, they are a necessity. This one was handy, and I was in a hurry, so I swung by, ready to be disappointed (or just driven off by high prices.) It's a very small dealer (and I'm only reviewing the parts department.) Has a small-town, old-school feel, as you would expect. Service was friendly and efficient, and they had my wipers- at very reasonable prices. I'll definitely keep them in mind for next time, since they're kinda on my way to work.
