I have moved around a lot so I have used my share of units. This place is by far the best I have found. I have finally put down routes and each family member plans on keeping their unit. The owners are great, you can contact them at any time by text and they respond quickly by text or even call you right back. This place has great security, very clean and well maintained units and drive ways. I would recommend this place to every one.

Our Economy Storage representative has been helpful in explaining the options available to us to meet our storage needs. We have used a storage unit there for several years and if we have future storage needs, we will look to them first.

Have had no negative issues with this storage unit..been a nice experience. Been with them about 5 -6 years no reason to change,so I will stay a few more years..

I rented a unit for about 6 months and the owner was absolutely terrific. My questions were responded to quickly if not immediately. I would continue using these storage units if I were not moving out of town. I would recommend every time!

I rented a unit from them for 8 months and dont have single bad thing to say about them. We got behind on our payments during some rough times and they were very understanding and worked with us every time. When we first stated renting we signed a lease with Bob but the transition to the new owners was amazing. They are just as understanding and willing to work with u, as long as u keep an open line of communication with them. They returned our deposit in full no hassles. Past experiences with other places like to nickle and dime u so they dont have to give u ur money back. I absolutely love that they now have a website that u can easily make payments or set up automatic payments. The website is basic easy to use. I will always go back to them when i need a storage unit. If i could give 10 stars i would because it so hard to find business that exceeded my expectations! Be smart and go to Economy Storage and get your money's worth!!

Been storing for 7 years. Recent new ownership so can't rate them. Previous owner (Bob) was always great (5 stars) and easy to reach/work with. Hope new owners are as well.
