In response to theyre response: Notice they said nothing about the LIEING SALESMAN that I trusted online. I still have scratches on the front after them keeping it 4 hrs. The tires are all BALD also NOWHERE NEAR WITHIN SPECS. I will post pics of the bald tires and the scratches if you want. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Ladies and Fellas beware. Salesman MOE LIED to me about the condition of the car just to get a sale. This car was for my daughter and I was told the tires and brakes were new and nothing was wrong with car except 2 bent rims they were replacing. I get the car after (delivered 3 days late ) trusting the salesman word and the tires are 5 YEARS OLD!!!! ORIGINAL TO THE CAR, DAYED 2019 salesman says and I quote "tires dated 2023" they're brand new over the phone. They shouldve been replaced or I shouldve been told the truth. Brakes were never checked and even worse, THEYRE WERE SCRATCHES ON THE WHOLE CAR!!! Of course my salesman never mentioned that either over the phone. Not to mention we had to wait 4 hours for the scratches to not even be complted ( I still have scratches in my front headlight). This is the worst car buying experience I've had, from the straight up lies by the salesman to the GM not even fixing the issue. O not to mention I GAVE THEM A MONTH TO FIX IT, this is a review after a month. I bought the car in May and they still haven't fix the issue. They sold me a car that wasnt inspected, I even sent a screenshot to the manager of the conversation between the salesman and I. You expect more out of a official GM dealer but with this type of service start to finish might as well buy from the small lots. They're all about the money ppl, DONT TRUST THEM!!!! I was patient and gave hall a chance to fix it. So now my daughter is stuck with a car with bald tires and STILL scratched up

I just recently purchased a GMC Sierra 1500 from Coughlin GM and the entire experience was fantastic! Adam and his team were very accommodating and made the entire experience enjoyable.
