tried to steal almost $2,000 from me in a foreign exchange sevice. Very poor service and I felt the clerk was slightly racist/ignorant about foreign currencies

Would be great if they didn’t have the lawn mower crew out at midnight disturbing the entire neighborhood

We arrived just after closing today. While I was using the walk up one of the gentleman leaving noticed that my kids had gone to the door trying to go in for suckers. He went out of his way to get them each a sucker. It was a small gesture but made their day. Small gestures like this really make a difference to our family.

Went in to update the beneficiaries on my account. They ended up changing the type of account I had without asking my permission. They said the paperwork I was signing was to update my beneficiaries and did not mention the account type change.

Went to deport a check was quickly in and out. Unfortunately they don't have a coin counter at the branch but they were kind enough to give me free rolls to roll up the coins myself.

Walk in to set up a business bank account. Was told they could fit me sometime in next week… Seriously?

If I could give Chase zero stars I would because they've repeatedly lied to me and now have ripped me off of $35! Last year Chase changed their Private Banker status and I no longer qualified, even though I actually did (that's a long story that would take too long to detail here). I was told I'd keep my status anyways because I was ready to move my money elsewhere because of the new policy change. I was told it was fixed and I was grandfathered in. I wasn't. They changed my status to a lower level account without my knowledge after saying they would not, and then started to charge me a monthly fee. I went in to close my account with them and the local (Marysville, OH) branch manager lied to me and said he'd fix it. Well it stayed fixed for a month and again, after looking at my account online, my status has been reversed, I've automatically had my account lowered to a lower tier, and the $35 monthly fee is back! As soon as they open this morning, that account is getting closed. I don't like how Chase has played games with me repeatedly and ripped me off while repeatedly lying to me! Beware of these people!

Awful customer service.Drove for 45 minutes to get told I can't use their bathroom and needed to try the pizza place across the street. Then the guy I had an appointment with was helping other people more than 20 minutes past my appointment time. Then I get told, by the guy everyone else complains about in these reviews, they can't help me with something as simple as opening a business account, because he didn't understand what I do.Huge waste of time, unapologetic, and their customer service line is non-native speakers who aren't helpful either.Really sick of Chase, this is pathetic

I've had two separate experiences with Lisa, banker, at the Marysville branch recently. On both occasions she was eager to help me. Our 2nd meeting was particularly lengthy and she remained focused and friendly throughout. The best part was that she took it upon herself to call me two days later to let me know my request had been completed. She went above and beyond with customer service. I would highly recommend Lisa for your banking needs.

Teller misspelled my name, even when looking at my driver license, and kept saying she could not find my account. Very bad service.

This has always been the most useless branch but today an hour before they closed we were told there was no one who could see us to join accounts, which should be a basic function of a bank. We've both kept chase for a long time despite not living close to a branch but with the way the customer service has gone in the last year of life changes (getting married, buying a house, etc) I think we'll just take our account elsewhere.
