Always a great experience at the Rockford store! The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Shelly is my go to sales associate. She always makes my Betsey’s shopping experience well worth it. If you are thinking about shopping Betsey’s Rockford is the place. Excellent selection of everything from tops and sweaters, jeans, shoes, and purses. If you are looking for certain jeans, Bedstu shoes or purses they have it all! Happy Shopping!

I can't say enough about this store and this particular location! The women that work at this store are amazing!! I felt so comfortable and welcomed. I bought 3 amazing pieces that I LOVE. I cannot wait to go back! Thank you for the best shopping experience! Keep it up! ❤️

Buyers beware! If you use a coupon, you cannot return or exchange an item when you purchase online even if the item is defective. Terrible customer service. I wear a size medium dress, purchased a large, dress fit like a small smashing my breasts flat to my chest. They refused to exchange it.

I like the store alot. I do like some shirts to be xxl as alot of xl shirts are narrow. I think they would have more sales, but i do love the store. Its nice cause its such a big selection.

This place made my OCD very happy. Color coordinated. Lots of options I just wish they weren’t so crammed and full on the race that you can’t look through them. Prices were decent. I’ll definitely go back! They have something for every style there.

Cute selection at very good prices. If you buy in the store they are very up front about their return policy. I know several here have given poor reviews about this policy. This is not poor customer service, this is a customer not agreeing to a policy. I support small businesses establishing policies that make financial sense. I love this store!

Just an FYI to anyone considering ordering from this boutique to check out their refund policy before you purchase. They do not do returns for a refund - only store credit and you are responsible for the shipping to return the item and then the shipping of the new item (aka $30 shipping just to get an item you like). I received an item that had a terrible odor to it right out of the package (I could smell it before I opened the package) and this boutique will not do anything to refund me my money. I guess I am out $50. And I do not wish to pay an additional $20 to return, get store credit, and then ship a new item ($30 total). Who is to say the next item won’t smell as badly? I will not be purchasing from this boutique again due to the poor customer service.

Terrible costumer service, bought a $42 shirt after 1 wash it ripped at the seam and shrunk a whole size, even though I had the original receipt and tags they wouldn’t return it

Betsey's has a wide selection of casual dressy women's clothes as well as accessories. The staff is super helpful and friendly!
