Great place!! Rob the front desk guy went above and beyond to help me out getting the correct parts I needed. He even went above and beyond to come to my store to make sure we received the correct parts. I highly recommend Totterdales Plumbing!

Don't show up at 3:50pm because if they see you drive by to park, they switch the sign to closed and lock the door as your parking.

Great folks!!! Need plumbing parts? DO NOT go to the big box stores. Call them and 9 times out of 10 they have the parts or can get them quick. They saved us a few times.Highly recommend Totterdale Bros!!!!

Went in to see if they see a/c units first guy seemed generally helpful. But obviously wasn't sure of the questions I was asking him. Then other guy comes out acting supper annoyed that I'm even there. He asked what did I want and I told him I was looking to buy an a/c unit. He proceeds to roll his eyes completely annoyed and said generally I sell to contractor. And that fine but generally means u don't stick to that all the time. I swear I feel like it was because I'm a women and that's messed up. Now not sure if that's what was going on or not but he was very rude to me.
