“Although the staff wasn't extremely knowledgeable or accessible (it took me 20 mins to find a clerk to help, then after finding someone they went and told the cashier who was checking others out to come help while they continued to chat with the other girl who was supposed to be working too. Seemed like the only person willing to work was the cashier.) The cashier was very nice and the store was clean. I did ask how she liked working there she said it was a good place to work. It also has a nice selection of tools at reasonable prices.”

“Came here for the first time because I won a gun at a bash. First thing to note is they are open Saturdays 9 to 5. They're website says they're closed weekends but that's just their online store. The second thing to note is that they are also a hardware store. That worked out super for me because I got a gift card for my gun and turned around and purchased lawn equirement!”

In addition to their two convenient locations (Bellaire and Cambridge), their already large diverse inventory continues to grow along with over 1,000 pieces of Equipment Rental from small homeowner tools to massive rock trucks used in the mining industry. “Just came home from Menards at the Highlands in Triadelphia, WV. I do admit that thier prices are lower than Lowes and all of their staff are very knowledgeable and know which isle and bay every product is at but I shop on their website and take screen shots of what I know I'm going to buy before I get there (I live 3 miles from the store) and also take note of how are in stock. I got to the store this morning and (3) of the products I was gonna buy wasn't in stock.They really need to keep up with their current stock on their website. This has happened numerous times now. I still shop here and always will. I used to tell friends/family Menards can't be compared to Lowes and Walmart. I've changed my mind about that now. And I have told them about the discrepancy before but it continues.Fabulous store and, products and staff.In stock store products and in stock website products need to be the same.”
“The five stars are for the kids building class on Saturdays once a month. Narissa is great with the kids and could have her own kids activities show, (she's that GOOD). it's nice Lowe's provides the supplies and awards the kids with badges for projects they build. My daughter loves it!”

“The staff super helpful walked in to purchase 2 new fuses and walked out like less than 5 mins that's how quick the service was I showed them the fuse I needed the gentleman walked back grabbed 2 for me and the other gentleman checked me out I also liked the fact I wasn't looking for a parking place that's why I love shopping at a small town hardware store its local and has been in business as long as I can remember and I'm in my 40's I will continue to shop and reccomend this place always a positive experience”
