I stopped in to find a new board game or two for a family gathering. Although I enjoy looking around on the first and second floor, I usually head straight up to the third floor where all the board games are. The selection is great-all the old classics like Sorry, Life, Payday, and Monopoly and lots of new ones that I haven't played before. Since my arms were full, I really appreciate when they offer to take the games downstairs to the checkout counter for me. After choosing SEVEN new games, I went downstairs to pay! All the employees are very friendly and informative. I had a nice conversation with the owner. We talked about the new games that I was purchasing, and he made a couple of suggestions of other choices that I might like in the future. This is my go to game place !!!!

I will never step foot in this store ever again or any business they own. These people do nothing but bully the disabled and elderly. I know of 3 families they are doing this to. Do not support them!

I love shopping in this toy store. Lots of toys remind me of my own childhood 40+ years ago with a great mix of the newer stuff! Very knowledgeable staff who take the time to educate us on the remote controlled cars and trains! I'll continue to spend my money here!

My husband and I went in this shop today to buy gifts for our twin niece and nephew. This place is 3 stories tall with a huge selection of toys on every floor. We figured we would definitely find something to buy, and we're leaving tomorrow for the twin's birthday so we don't have the time to drive all the way to the mall (I know, bad planning on our part and we paid for it). Walking into the shop, we were immediately greeted by a younger woman (an employee) who proceeded to stalk us throughout the store. And by stalk, I mean we could feel her breathing on us she was that close. Through every isle, through every section. She was constantly asking unnecessary questions which we told her "no" to many times. "Can I hold that for you? Can I help you find anything? Can I grab something for you?" Now, those questions are obviously helpful in the right context. But this was not the right context. We were polite to her each time, and reiterated: "no, we don't need any help, we're just looking around." But she wouldn't leave. Us. Alone. Even after the 10th "no". I should've left the 2 items I had in my hand and walked out of the store. This would've cost them a sale if we weren't so pressed for time. As we were leaving the 2nd floor to check out our 2 items, she asks the finally question, "can i carry that for you?" And that's why I'm writing this review. I've worked in retail at a few different stores in my time. And we're trained to ask those sorts of questions to people we think are stealing. "Can i carry that for you? Can I hold that? Can I take that up front to the register?" Those are all questions we reserve to people who may be STEALING. She knew well that I didn't need help carrying 2 small items. And with everything combined, it was a terrible experience. I couldn't even have a quiet conversation with my husband about what to get the babies because she was RIGHT THERE for our entire 10 minute walk through. I told her NO one final time and basically ran to the check out so I could get tf out of there. Now I think it's important to mention that my husband is Hispanic and black. And there were many other shoppers she could've harassed. But the rest of the shoppers were white. Is that a coincidence? Perhaps. But I'm keen to say no. We won't be going back. Their prices are extremely high on some items, as well. Such as a $50 stuffie with nothing special about it going on.

Fantastic selection of high quality toys and games. Excellent customer service. My daughter and I drove 30 minutes to get there, and it was well worth the drive!

It's been about 5 years since the last time I was in there. It recently came to my mind because I am on the hunt for a specific toy from the mid 2000s.That aside, this store is absolutely amazing! There is for sure something for EVERYONE! I could spend 5+ hours in there looking, reminiscing, and spending tons of money. A hidden, lesser know gem. There aren't many places like this around anymore. The last time we stopped in we had a big group, 3 adults and 3 kids and we got there with about 30 minutes till closing and the man at the counter (possibly the owner?) Welcomed us all in very happily and even stayed open about an extra hour to allow us to get a good look over of the whole store. He even gave us a tour and lost of information. We made quite a few purchases. One of the items I still, to this day, tinker with myself. I couldn't say enough good things about the store and am planning our next visit for the near future!

Classic toy store. Cooler and better than any big box, oh wait, this place outlasted Toys R Us!
