Horrible place, just like every other CVS. Don't care about you at all, denied my prescription just cause they wanted to. I can't stand cvs, or cvs/Caremark. Worst pharmacy and pharmacy insurance ever thought up!

Seems like when Brent's working, everything runs smooth and in a timely manner!I'll never get how, before this new insurance forces me to go here, my old pharmacy even when busy would have prescriptions done in 30 minutes.CVS: we got it at this morning, it'll be ready by 5p.mLol not a big deal, just can be frustrating....

Don't bother coming to this store if you want advice or help finding anything. I asked three different people for styptic pencils or powder... I got three different answers sending me on a scavenger hunt through the store. Nobody was willing to actually help me find a basic first aid item, despite my specific asking for assistance. Sad thing is, my dog was at home with a fairly significant cut and really needed the styptic powder.It took me so long that my wife eventually texted me and told me she managed to get it stopped with pressure and flour.Won't bother returning to this store. Customer service here is about as bad as Comcast. Thanks for nothing, CVS.

I moved all of my prescriptions here yesterday because a drug that I needed was on back order for nearly a week at my old pharmacy. So I called here and was told that it was in stock. I received a notification today that I couldn't get it for another month. That's not hard to figure out, my old pharmacy must have ordered it and so it was coming up as unavailable until it was due again. I called to speak to someone. After several minutes of answering system Hell, a woman answered and I attempted to explain my dilemma to her and see if we could figure out what to do about it. When she seemed unwilling to help, I said, without raising my voice, "is this whole system designed to drive me crazy so I'll have to go on antidepressants?" Her reply was "You don't need to be rude", and then she hung up on me. I called back and after several minutes of answering system Hell, after which I spent an inordinately long time in hold, I asked the same woman for the pharmacist. I attempted to explain to him that, though I never raised my voice, never used profanity, and only exhibited mild frustration, I was hung up on, but he was obviously not interested. He began telling me how he had to deal with problems at several different store. He also didn't seem to believe that I had called the day before and was told that my medicine was in stock. At no time did anyone on either call apologize. What a sad state of affairs but I've experienced it too often. Customers are no longer valued. Nobody wants to go out of their way to do anything to help anyone. And if you express the slightest bit of frustration, you're looked upon with disdain. I'll take my business elsewhere but sadly, this seems like an industry wide problem.

The female pharmacist….. HOLY COW! She needs a new profession, or a vacation, or just to go hide under a rock and NEVER work with the public ever again. “Mean” doesn’t describe her, and don’t DARE question her. I get most things, but when you’re just that MISERABLE, please do yourself and US a favor and go work somewhere else. Again, NOT with or around the human species.

Always have a hard time getting my medication either they don't give me the full amount then when time to fill the rest they beat around the bush. Called last week took forever to get ahold of someone in the pharmacy they lady told me last week I could get the 5 day supplie filed the 10th of October well called today and they won't fill them there giving me the go round again saying they can't fill them the state doesn't allow them to till tomorrow. Then why'd the other lady say they'd be ready today. Pharmacy staff are super judgemental when it comes down to what type of medication your getting..

Every time I come to this particular pharmacy I am greeted and helped within minutes of arriving. Of the times I have a scheduled appointment, I have been taken early and I'm out in no time at all. Recommended.
