Was looking for a new couch and wanted to use someone local. Brought in my service dog with me and was asked if I really needed him. Walked right out while they complained about some pet having fleas. Not my issue, went out and bought a couch the same day somewhere else.

Where do I begin? You don’t find service like this anymore. Excellent service from the moment we walked in the door to having our furniture delivered. Kind, courteous, helpful, attentive, informative, and great communication from the start! Their furniture is of the best quality, unlike the bigger box stores. No pressure to buy and we were impressed with their knowledge of the products they carry. The delivery drivers introduced themselves as soon as they got out of their truck. They were helpful with the placement of our furniture and rearranged it to my liking. We received a phone call soon after our delivery to make sure we were satisfied with everything. They didn’t disappoint! Carolina Furniture will always get our business!!

I cannot say enough good things about Carolina Furniture! I had a very specific idea in mind of the living room furniture I wanted, and they were the only store that had exactly what I was looking for. By far the biggest selection of any store that I looked at. Once I found the couch I liked, I was able to pick from a huge selection of colors and fabrics. I was even able to choose from a huge selection of fabrics for pillows to match! While the huge selection was nice, it was also a bit overwhelming, and Bill was absolutely incredible in helping me narrow it down! He was super friendly and helpful but not pushy at all. He gave his honest opinion when asked, but didn’t pressure me into getting anything extra that I didn’t want or need. Once I placed my order, it took about 10 weeks to arrive at my house, but only a matter of days for it to get from him to me. I was so eager to get my furniture that I called numerous times asking for him to check the status of my order, and he was always more than willing to help. He never once made me feel like a bother even though I probably was. The delivery guys were great too. I requested that they call 30 minutes before arriving so I could have time to get home, and they did just that. Once arriving, they were personable, efficient, and thorough in explaining the fabric care instructions. Overall, it was such a smooth process, and I absolutely love how my furniture turned out! I’d give them a 10 star review if I could.

Bill was awesome..he was very informative & let me take as long as I needed to make a decision.. the delivery was made in a very timely manner. The set up was very smooth... LOVED walking in and JESUS music was playing.....I will continue to shop at Carolina for future furniture needs ORRRR just WANTS ?

The owner, I believe his name was Bill treated me with respect. He listened to what I was looking for and took the time to make sure to answer all my questions before trying to offer me a product. I had my children with me and he took the time to even talk with them and let them play on a PS5 while I shopped!What a great experience. I would recommended Carolina furniture to anyone looking to buy furniture!!!

The process of making our bedroom furniture purchase was easy, and sales person was not pushy at all. The furniture came in pretty quickly, and the scheduling of delivery was easy. They communicated any delays in arrival, and made sure it was delivered the day scheduled even though they were short staffed that day. The bedroom furniture is beautiful!

The experience in shopping for furniture, in general, can be so overwhelming but the team at Carolina Furniture made it the opposite! Bill explained all options with great detail to help us make the best decision for what we needed. I am truly not sure what I would have did on delivery day without the 2 gentlemen and their help. My French doors weren't opening, I had my old couch stuck halfway through, though they did not have to help, they were fantastic and got it done!!! 100% best experience all around with new furniture over the years. Can't wait to go order matching chairs!

Carolina Furniture is awesome. Bill kindly listened to me when I saw tables off another furniture's website that I wanted. He contacted Null furniture which was the makers of the tables and special ordered them for me. To both our surprise the tables came in under four weeks. It was an awesome experience and Bill is so helpful. He even gave me the name of person that he knew that made arm chair covers to replace the ones we had made years ago when we bought our living room suite from them. His advice then was to order extra fabric and I'm so glad I listened to him then many years ago as we used the extra fabric to make new arm chair covers today. I'll continue ordering from Carolina Furniture in the years to come.
