I'm so glad I called Nancy's Draperies. I needed motorized shades installed behind some existing shelving at my business. I had another local shade place come out to give me an estimate, and they told me what I wanted could not be done in the space that I had. When Erin from Nancy's Draperies came out to provide an estimate, she said it would be no problem at all. She made helpful recommendations on what would look best. The shades work great and are exactly what I was looking for!

We have used Nancy's Draperies several times in the past 5 years and have been very satisfied. Nice selection of product choices and wonderful people to assist us. Definitely will use again in the future.

Great service. Their installers repaired three window blinds quickly (within two days) and another store said they couldn't be repaired.Staff very helpful with custom made window valance and installation was excellent.We highly recommend Nancy's Draperies for their service and quality workmanship

They helped us pick out new blinds in our house including black out blinds, roller blinds, and roman shades. Had some issues with the manufacturer quality, but they cam out and replaced them. Fantastic quality and service. Thanks ?

It has been a great pleasure working with this company. We worked with Nancy and Beth with our design choices. They were great to work with, very knowledgeable regarding the products out there. Their pricing was reasonable and comparable to other companies. We choose them over 2 different companies and I am 100 % sure we made the right choice.Jason who is the installer for Nancy's was great to work with also. I placed an order for custom curtains for our master bedroom. They had so many choices for fabric types. The curtains turned out exactly how I wanted them. They really are beautiful - the quality of the sewing is top notch. Great customer service too. I highly recommend them.

Amazing experience and product. I went to Nancy's after a disappointing experience (and return) with a Department Store. Erin executed my vision perfectly. Nancy did a fabulous job making a valance and panels. The process was easy; product priced at a value; and product was installed on time.

What a wonderful experience at Nancy's! Every question I had they answered immediately. We ordered 8 custom blinds and 2 custom frames- everything arrived in perfect condition and fit like a glove. The personal customer service was outstanding! They remembered me by name each time I walked in.

We were looking for someone who custom made automated skylight blinds. We saw that the "Big Home Store" lists that as one of their services. I called & I quickly realized that the Store played no part in our purchasing these, but rather, they just farm you out. Some lady called me back. It was not a good appointment...at all. There were 3 or 4 companies involved when all was said & done, & I just knew it was not a good fit for us. So, then I found Nancy's Draperies on Google. They had good reviews, & I loved the idea that they were not only a family business, which is great, but even further, with a good, long history, & reputation. Because, you know, if you're not doing a really good job, you won't stay in business, & you certainly won't stay in business for nearly 4 decades. I called, they came out, gave me all the info that the first company did not. They really helped me understand the product, & what it was I was getting. When we decided to go with them, they came out, measured 1 time, (and talk about a perfect fit the first time-Wow!) & they took our business very seriously. Our custom shades were ordered right away, & installed in no time at all! They kept us informed, confirmed our appts, & the day of installation went over quickly, & seamlessly. The only question we had was, why did we wait so long to get automated skylight shades?! We just couldn't be happier with our purchase!! Every person that we spoke with on the phone, in their store, via email, or in our home was always very kind & friendly, but still professional. I would highly recommend everyone to Nancy's Draperies!! You'll be happy, too! Thank you for a job very well done!!
