We are lucky to have the Marshallville Dollar General: convenience, affordability, and outstanding customer service! What truly sets this store apart is the team of dedicated employees who go above and beyond. They ensure that not only do I get my errands done right, but that I leave happier than when I came in.
I'm always greeted with a warm "hello" and a genuine willingness to help. Whether it’s restocking our necessities, managing the line with efficiency and patience, or assisting customers in finding exactly what they need, the Marshallville staff represent hard work and kindness.
These folks are community members who make a real difference. Their commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, while offering friendly service, transforms an often begrudged shopping chore into something much more enjoyable.
Hospitality and neighborliness can be rare, but the people who operate this DG continue to shine. They remind us that no matter how big or small the task, doing it with pride, purpose, and a smile is the right way.

I have a dollar general within walking distance of my home and travel the 10-15 mins to this location! The store is always clean, organized and stocked! The cashiers are friendly. I also love the self checkout for when I’m in a rush.

2 people outside smoking nobody in the store dec 14th and I won't be coming back after I complained they insulted my service dog will be contacting corporate
