Why is it that my bill is supposed to be 100 with 9 dollars for insurance. The month before last you charged me 120 plus a 12 dollar separate charge. Last month it was right and this month its back up more than its supposed to be. I didn't get a new contract. I called the first time you messed up and she said that she would fix it.I never got my money back and I never got called back. I have been very sick but my phone works. You need to fix this. I make my payment on time every month. This has been a great company until this mess.

When these ppl took over ownership. The rent price went up and keeps going up. We are pulling our things out soon.

The representative that I spoke with was very nice and understanding and helped me with the business I needed to attend to. I recommend the addition storage to anyone who has storage needs.

I don't enjoy bad reviews. But I had problems when they switched to addition from Westside storage. Last year. I called the number to figure out my balance, like the way we used to have to pay. And it said 0 balance for nov and dec i think . I did think it was odd . But cant pay until they have a balance for me.. Then, all of a sudden, I had a warning of losing and had red lock out and so to corect things i had to pay to current and late fees, I felt they could at least let late fees go. BECAUSE THE HOLE SITIUATION WAS ON THEM. i always payed my bill. On time. But not only did they not let them go. They were rude. At one point they said the reason was the number I was calling for my balance/old way to pay your bill. Didn't work anymore. I looked at my phone to relise I was talking to her on that number. Lol. I almost fell on the floor laughing at these fools, fools they are. If they couldnt let my late fees go. When it clearly was there mistake. It was a mess. But they made feel I was some trashy pos that was trying not to pay, when I just felt late fees was on them. But whatever. They continue to get my money because of there location. And just b havent talk to them with new payment set up that raised substantially of course. that's just them following suit with all business I guess, sry. I HAD BAD ESPEREINCE and will never forget they way they treated me.

Only issue i have here is, i try to pay my payment and the website won't let me until the day of. Other than that, no issues whatsoever. Would recommend to anyone

We have 2 storage with THE ADDITION! Highly recommended them for extra storage anytime you need! Rates are fair! Units are clean! Security is awesome! Staff is wonderful! We've been very happy !

The support person was really nice and helpful. The accent they had made it a little hard to understand them and there was a relay delay so we kept accidentally interrupting each other. They have fixed my issue quickly every time.

This place doesn’t even deserve half a star, let alone a whole Star.My husband and I placed our belongings into one of their storage units. Every thing was fine until my husband died. My husband placed his name on the storage unit many years ago after his mom died.When my husband died, I told them of his passing. While in my grief, they said they needed proof that he had died. I sent them a photo of the death certificate. Then they said I had to prove we were married by sending them a photo of our wedding license.It’s been 38 years since we were married plus 5 changes of addresses. I had no idea where our wedding license was. They refused to allow me to enter the secured area but they did accept my payment for the unit.Later I heard someone claiming to be me entered by having a man state his information and saying he was the owner of the unit. My husband had been dead for a month when this happened. And I sent them the death certificate earlier that month.Someone had entered the secure area and cut his lock off the unit. And emptied it of its contents.They then call me back on the phone, a month later, now they want to add my name onto the unit where they refused to before. Then they told me I was on the paperwork as the next of kin. So why would they demand I send them a wedding license to prove we were married???????DO NOT USE THEIR STORAGE UNITS!!!!Go instead to Third generation movers. They are family owned and give the personal touch. They have a heart and are compassionate.
