I’ve been going to Visible Changes for years. Great staff, the best nail techs anywhere and their hair stylists are fantastic. Great front desk staff that work hard to get you in or move an appointment. All in a lovely salon.

Called and was able to get in the same day for a haircut. When I arrived they were dealing with a customer who had decided not to pay for services rendered. We had an intern who did my daughter's hair for a wedding, she was a flower girl so it wasn't a huge deal for her hair to look super nice, but we still paid for $40 for something that I feel like I could have done myself. I guess I was just expecting full service from a fully certified professional for $40. The guy was super nice don't get me wrong, I just feel like we paid too much for the results we got.
